“The J Mart is a sweet little small town food market. With a good assortment of all your basic food needs, the J Mart is about the only game in town without driving into Park River or Grafton... farther than you should walk anyway. The gals that work there always stock. Few of my kids favorite things when they hear we'll be in town, and of course, my kiddos love going in there and buying all sorts of candy and soda... Uh, I mean "pop." A small dairy case and some frozen foods are fairly limited, but most of the time have what we need that we forgot for dinner. The store closes early most days... and generally at the whim and fancy of management. If you're really in a bind, you could probably walk down the street and knock on her door, but I've never tried it. Next time you're passing through, stop in here for a cold soft drink or a bag of chips. Nicest folks you ever met.”
“What a fun place. Staff is always smiling, friendly, and helpful. This convenience store literally has it all! There is the convenience store, kitchen with daily specials, liquor store with competitive prices, an auto shop, propane filling, bulk fuels, bulk oils, greenhouse, and their hardware section is huge. This store caters to the rural area. Carrying products that everyone needs. The hardware includes lumber, fence posts, firewood, culverts, baler twine, sprayer parts, oil & fuel filters, tools, complete plumbing parts aisle, welding supplies, electrical supplies, paint, nuts, bolts, screws, nails, fasteners, power tools, fishing supplies and bait, lubricants for every need, auto supplies, key making station, a steel line, rubber hose, & tubing by the foot section, just anything and everything that you could need. The auto shop is equipped to do all types of repairs. Get new tires or fix a flat. They service off road vehicles, lawnmowers, potato trucks, & with 2 full-time knowledgeable mechanics. I love the liquor store selections. A huge assortment of different wines, whiskeys, bourbon, vodkas, and so much more. The employees are always having a good time, the building is clean, a great atmosphere. There are booths inside to eat lunch or just wait for a car repair. They are a one stop shop! They even have an awesome assortment of leanin' tree greeting cards and magnets. I am surprised at the vastness everytime I find that random item I needed tucked inside this small town convenience store!!”
