Worst customer service ever! If I can give 0 star I would. The mortgage advisor interrogated and accused me the whole time, I will never deal with them, don’t waste your precious time.Go with other banks.

Unprofessional mortgage advisor. He kept accusing my partner not understanding what he said and was very impatient. CIBC should provide better customer service training for their staff.

I only want a back statement to show my account balance. But the teller doesn’t know how to do it. I waited for 20 minutes. And make me had to transfer the money to another bank to get my statement. Please do more training for the staff.
