Grocery Stores
“Good selection of baking supplies, from baking tins to decorating and packaging. Great for a novice baker.
Fantastic treats, nice choice of teas and spices, many kinds of nuts. The list goes on and on. Love it here!”
“I find it’s a great store, the staff is always friendly,my only issue would be the parking lot ,the surface has some pot holes and in places a rough surface which can catch up the wheels on your grocery cart and as I have done the wheels get stuck and the cart tips over in the parking lot sending my groceries on to the ground.”
“I usually go to the self checkout. The staff are always very helpful and friendly, except for the older fellow with white hair and glasses... he is never friendly. They could use two people there during busy times.”
“I stopped on my way through from airport to Bridgewater.
They were so friendly and very helpful.
There are not many stores this wonderful to go into.
I got the ribs, they are perfect.”
“When the British shop announced they were coming to Nova Scotia, I was gutted to see they were opening in Bayers Lake... still, it’s always been worth the drive. Just before Christmas they mentioned I could now find the pies here as well... which was fantastic news. I honestly never expected to see them in Superstore... I always assumed if anyone else carried them it would be Pete’s. Being able to pick them up locally without making a special trip is a real bonus and it’s great to see a local gem getting this kind of support. Steak and Guinness is a real treat!!!”
“Amazing asian store! Dropped by today to pick up some ramen. Unfortunately, there was everything but ramen. The reason I gave 5 stars is because the prices for everything else are very good. Drinks are cheap, snacks are cheap. Definitely a good place to grab chinese candy. Mostly Chinese products, no Japanese, Thai, Indian, etc.”
