“Best face to face customer service I've ever received. Had an issue with my account, spent 1 hour on the phone with customer support and escalated to a manager that couldn't help me. Walked into the store and within 10mins I had everything looked after. To the two workers on March 20/23 at around 1:30pm, thank you very much!!!”
