“I’ve been going to Tom’s for over a year now, my partner has been going for even longer, and we’ve both had really positive experiences with the shop. They’re friendly, honest, quick and they communicate any issues or concerns clearly (I never feel like I’m being taken advantage of!). Last time I was in they told me how much life was left in my brakes and didn’t try to push me to replace my front rotors sooner than necessary. I’ll certainly continue to take my car to Tom’s!”
“Very fair pricing and honest diagnosis.I brought my subaru in for an alignment after I did some front end work at home.Turned out I was able to successfully align it myself beforehand (I was aiming for "close enough" to drive it there)Once their tech got it on the alignment machine and saw it was all good, they immediately informed me that I didn't need an alignment and weren't even going to charge me any money (I gave them some anyway, since they still took the time to check everything.)honesty is rare these days.Also note, vehicle inspections are done fairly here. No corners cut. Don't go here expecting them to overlook any major issues, they are committed to have SAFE cars on the roads.”

“I had them put a transmission in 2003 GMC they did a better job than the dealer they put the one in before I had Bemister motors did for me the transmission w I worked perfectly and I had and used the truck for 10 years before I sold the truck and it was still working perfect. The cost of the job was three times cheaper than the dealer and I told them I needed a vehicle to drive while mine was down and they did that for me it was finished in 2 days they did a great job and and used me good I would recommend them in the highest way Thank you Mr Bemister.”

“my 2011 Acura TSX developed a charging problem where an unknown something? was shorting out and draining the battery, requiring constant jump starts. Notorious for being hard to track down. These guys have been around for years, decades actually and have always had a reputation for being good with electrical problems but they've moved several times and I finally found them in their new location in Spryfield. They kept the car for two days but kept me updated on progress and finally found the short in the audio system of all things and were able to run a bypass so it's disconnected from the battery while the car is off so no more drain. for all that work they charged me less than $500 for that part of the job so I'm more than satisfied. Easy to deal with and highly recommended!”

“I have been bringing my personal vehicles and all my work pickup trucks to Civic Pride for over 7 years at least. I run an environmental consulting business and we are extremely hard on vehicles. Civic Pride has been excellent- keeping us on the road and in business. They are extremely responsive. I find their prices are extremely fair and I trust them implicitly. I have a staff of 28 and I know that some of them also use Civic Pride. I highly recommend them. Donnie is a rock star. I doubt he is much of a singer though.”
“I went with a broken door handle. I did not have the skills and they fixed it free of charge. It has held for three years. I needed the 2nd and third one fixed. Same problem .....same charge. I will recommend this shop to everyone. Anyone else would have charged.”
“Very nice guys, very friendly. I needed to get my car towed in, but there was an accident on the bridge so I came an hour late. But they were accommodating. The car needed a lot of work done, but the basic ls to get it running. They didn't try to oversell the damage. They were very straightforward about exactly what needed to be done, no extra frills. Still would have cost me more to fix then just buy a new car. Their prices were not too overly inflated like some of these major chain auto shops. They seemed fairly well priced compared to the rest of the market. It's expensive to fix anything now a days. Definitely one of my goto places for repairs. Appointment wise, I got an appointment a week in advance. While others you are waiting for a couple of weeks.”
“I am very pleased with the service from this location. Colin and the team are great at what they do. They explained the whole process they use (I just switched from another product), were comfortable with my EV, drilled out and sprayed insider where needed according to my individual vehicles requirements, explained how it all went afterwards in detail and all at a very fair price that hasn't gone up in recent years despite everything else skyrocketing.”
