“Good local grocery store. Has all the basics and some decent deals. Owned by Sobeys so you can collect Scene points and get the Compliments brand goods here as well. This is exactly what you expect, and need, from a smaller grocery. If you want a full array of options you’ll need to go to New Minas to the larger Sobeys or Superstore.”

We've been going here for a few weeks now and we can proudly say the staff are super friendly, The store is so much cleaner, Welcoming and very organized. I'd say this store has more of a selection in terms of basic needs than before. They even have an entire section for organic, Vegan and gluten free! I was really impressed! “A rural makeshift Costco is the warehouse format they have chosen. fronting many Kirkland products in the store, prices are $1 or $2 or $3 more than what you see at your local Costco warehouse an hour away in the city. So there are some deals to be had, and sought-after products from Costco available in the countryside in New Minas Nova Scotia. I'm sure it is appreciated by the locals. Store is neat and there were many workers stocking the shelves during the day, and returning karts. A good mixture of items with a lot of walk-in style freezer items also. It's worth a trip to see if it fits your family.”

I buy cover crop seed, rubber bands, organic crop protection products, boots, tools and so much more from them. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. An essential part of the farming scene in the Valley.”
