“31 December 2023.
Car engine light comes on while driving to an event. After the event and on starting the car, the engine light was still on.
We had our car towed to your Center. The following day was a holiday. On January 2, Megan arranged to get our car in for service. The shortened week was already blocked full of work. Yet Megan fitted us in and in 2 days, we had our car back due to Cory's diligence in efficiently doing his work and Megan's regular updates.
All of this was done sooner than we expected (by a day) and under the quoted cost! Such service is not often seen anymore.
Once again Larry, thanks for providing top notch service right in our own neighbourhood.

Today, 8 October, the oil was due for changing. I had the car in for 7:45AM. The yard was already full of vehicles for repairs but despite that, the work on my car was done quickly and I was able to finish some errands on the 8th, I had planned for the 9th.
Thank you Larry, for this continued service your team provides. It's service one doesn't often see ..... anywhere! Megan and Will communicate repair progress efficiently to clients. To me this is important, for a number of reasons.

Update: I dropped my rig for the 2nd time at Yuille autoworks. I beat up my rig pretty hard on the trails and I recently had an issue with the suspension components that I coudn't figure out. The guys worked the issue and fixed it in a reasonnable time frame and I am very satisfied with the result. They realigned the truck to perfection as well and the thing runs like new again. Incredible work thanks a bunch guys.”

The crew hammered out the rim, filled the tire, and put the spare back in place for a grand total of $0.00. “my 2011 Acura TSX developed a charging problem where an unknown something? was shorting out and draining the battery, requiring constant jump starts. Notorious for being hard to track down. These guys have been around for years, decades actually and have always had a reputation for being good with electrical problems but they've moved several times and I finally found them in their new location in Spryfield. They kept the car for two days but kept me updated on progress and finally found the short in the audio system of all things and were able to run a bypass so it's disconnected from the battery while the car is off so no more drain. for all that work they charged me less than $500 for that part of the job so I'm more than satisfied. Easy to deal with and highly recommended!”

“I had them put a transmission in 2003 GMC they did a better job than the dealer they put the one in before I had Bemister motors did for me the transmission w I worked perfectly and I had and used the truck for 10 years before I sold the truck and it was still working perfect. “I got my 2023 F150 undercoated here for the first time. Usually I do all of my own undercoating at home in my shop since I have a hoist and most undercoating places do not do a thorough job. Checking the job afterwards they did miss quite a few places underneath, but I knew what I was getting going to a larger Krown shop. I gave four stars because overall it was a bit better than expected and much better than the previous truck I owned that I got sprayed at a rust check location.
Overall I would recommend them, it’s better than nothing if you’re not able to do it yourself!”

“Never expected to be writing a review about great service after waiting over three months to have my car repaired, but here we are. The delay was primarily due to parts availability and the dealer, but the service I received from Jennifer Scully helped ease my frustrations.
Firstly, their email service is extremely helpful. I always knew the status of my vehicle, and the notes Jennifer added often included additional detail to keep me informed. This saved me from having to keep track and make calls, as the updates came regularly and often.
When I did call with questions Jennifer was always friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Everything was dealt with in one call, and I was always made to feel as if my business mattered. She obviously takes pride in her work and is very customer focused. She is a great ambassador for the business. Pick up was seamless, as she arranged for me to come in early to fit my schedule and my car was super clean and parked right out front.

“The staff at Wilsons are awesome. I had a noise in my car that sounded like metal grinding. I was concerned about driving my car too far. The mechanic worked on my ca for an hour, drove it, took the tires off, searching for the noise I heard. He finally found it. A heat shield had come loose on my Kia Sportage. I happened to notice another customer there with the same issue. He also drove a Kia. I was so very grateful to know my vehicle is safe to drive.
