“Giant Tiger on Dutch Village Road has exceptional staff. Very friendly and helpful. I was able to take back items with tags intact but without a receipt and was given a store gift card instead of cash back. They also accept returns for clothing items with the receipt (and possibly other items??) with no time “frame”. As long as you bring the receipt, you can return it at any time. I often get strawberries and lettuce, spinach and greens at a very good price compared to other grocery chains.”

“I love winners I always get my Tahari sunglasses from here! And yesterday I got these new purses I am so happy and I cannot wait to use them! Especially my little Aldo one! This stuff is so great there in Bridgewater location the blonde lady there I don't know her name but she is very interactive and she'll even you know set something aside for you even though they're not supposed to if I'm sure you give the vibe that you're going to come back and get the item. My point is their customer service is excellent. Some of the workers are a little sketchy and a few of them will watch you the whole time you're shopping and make you feel like you're stealing when you're not! Too much time on their hands and not enough work to do in the store I guess. But I wish I knew the blonde ladies name because I would definitely put it up here for everyone to know she's the best one to talk to about anything in the store! Highly recommend! Both were extremely professional, friendly, and helpful, showing team work throughout the entire process. Mithul took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my concerns were properly addressed. I was never forced to make a decision for the work to be done, and that made me comfortable. Mat did a great job with the technical work and was thorough and professional which came from decades of experience. He explained the suspected causes after prompt inspection regarding the issues I encountered from driving, with following up during the work and recommended the proper way to care the car after the job done. What stood out most was their genuine customer service and willingness to help. They made what could have been a stressful automotive issue feel easy and straightforward.
