“Amazing staff, very kind and helpful. When I couldn’t find my size in store they ordered it right to my home for me with free shipping! The shoes arrived in two days which was earlier than they told me to expect and they’re perfect! They also showed me which products to use to best protect and care for my shoes so they didn’t get damaged by water and snow salt :) I’ve been living in these boots for two weeks now out in the rain and they look brand new!!!”

“i bought a pair of winter boots and a pair of dressy boots at this store last week. i am very picky and I really like nice quality footwear and I found the selection to be wonderful. the sales person made my experience terrific - he seemed genuinely excited for me to have the boots I selected. he was super helpful with suggesting colour pallets for my dressy boots. product quality, selection and customer service were all fantastic here. I highly recommend this shoe store.”

“Last week I was walking by the stores on the top level at the mall (Halifax Shopping Centre), the stores were closed, but I glanced downstairs and saw this glittery dress through the window and thought "Wow, if I had the body"So for the past 2 years during covid, I've gained weight like many others and lost a lot of confidence in my physical appearance. I even went on a trip to USA and had 0 luck. After I finished work yesterday, I decided "Today was rough... and I deserve a little retail therapy too!" Well I hit up BBW naturally lol, but then, I had to see this glittery dress for myself.As I walked in the staff were all very inviting and I didn't get very far before multiple people offered me help, or to check for sizing as XL is a rare one. I heard the staff explain how to spell my name for the fitting room as she took my pile of dresses. (I have struggled with the motivation to spend money on myself and just felt unpretty, but to my surprise all 3 dresses I tried were amazing!)I didn't shy away from the email sign up and got the opportunity to save on the spot. I heard the staff joking with customers and doing an online order and everything was just seamless.With that being said I wasn't to personally thank the team at the store for making me valued, we all need a little recognition today! I'll be back for my birthday dress very soon! :)”

“Lots of selections on clothes and men's women's apparel. More on the expensive but then again you pay for what you get. Lots of clearance sales on when I was there. Thought $50 for a hat was high but then I thought if I wear that hat every day for a year or so I think it's pretty sensible!”

“We went to the store on Sunday, and even though it was really busy, Sabrina was wonderful helping my son find new shoes! The pair we originally wanted wasn’t available, but she took the time to actually talk with us and understand what he liked instead of just trying to make a sale. She suggested another style that he actually liked even more. They fit great, are super comfy, and he’s already gotten a bunch of compliments. Excellent customer service! Thank you”
“I HATE buying shoes. I’m a size 11 and it’s very hard to find a store that can order that size, let alone lone stock them. But Call it Spring does. I was looking for a pair of short black dressy boots and a pair of brown semi-dressy loafers. Jacquelyn was fabulous; she brought out pair after pair of both types of footwear and was very patient with me, until she finally helped me find a pair that looked nice and fit me. Surprised that I could actually find 2 pairs of footwear at the same store. ?”

“Went in for one pair of shoes, came out with 2 pairs and a set of socks. Laura was fantastic and exemplified a lot of product knowledge and spoke about the sales. She was the perfect balance of attentive and respectful of boundaries. Out of all the stores we went to today, she was the only one who actually approached with the old school customer service that people have been aching for. Everyone else just seemed like they were doing the bare minimum for a minimum wage and she was very friendly. She was fantastic.”
