“I give it 4 stars because this location is nice and clean, fully stocked and the staff are good. Only problem is that the staff are always on their phones and they are talking to other people in the middle of my transaction. Not just one occurrence but many times. It’s confusing and it’s hard to tell if they are listening or not. I don’t think staff should be on their phones while dealing with customers period.”

“This is our local gas station and where we purchase 90% of our fuel. The location is convenient and has multiple entry points which is helpful on busy mornings. They have wipes at the pumps which is nice, but I find that they are empty a lot of the time, as is the receipt paper - this can get frustrating when I fill a full tank of gas and then don't get my coupon for groceries! The staff I've interacted with are all very nice; there is one woman in particular who serves me regularly and makes the effort to address me by my first name; these days, it really is the little things that make a difference in a customer's experience. They have an excellent variety of snacks and food staples, and I love that you get free coffee with a fill up and save money on groceries, too. They also have some really awesome products over the holidays (ie, chocolates at Easter and Christmas). Overall, great little location.”
“I got the chance to shop here after the gym, and it was a great experience. The owner was very kind and extremely friendly. The service I received was truly five-star.
I also noticed a customer before me who seemed like a regular, and it was impressive how the staff knew exactly what they wanted and had it ready as soon as they approached the counter. That level of familiarity really shows how deeply they care about their customers and their business.

“I’m originally from Texas, but I’ve been staying at my family’s place in Hammonds Plains for a while. I’ve been going to the Esso here the past few days, and there’s a guy working the afternoon shift who has the best customer service. He always has a smile on his face and is very decent and respectful. I also noticed he was working on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, which is really motivating. He truly sets a great example, and I genuinely hope he gets what he deserves.”
