“Sofa we had a down payment on at another store was discontinued and we would have to take the floor model. Was originally only offered $100 off an almost $2700 sofa! Counteroffered $500 off, but the owner wouldn't take any more then $350 off. We took our down payment back, went here the same day, found a better couch and a mattress for less! Had a great experience and we love our new furniture!”

I have a long driveway which they were unable to get the truck up because of a low hanging wire, instead of just leaving they walked my king bed and frame all the way up. “Great experience, great service! I Live in Truro so I did everything over the phone. Talked to Kim on Wednesday (very accommodating and helpful lady), and although she didn't have my mattress in stock (a Tempur-pedic ProAligh Firm) she was able to get one brought in from Ottawa and delivered to my house and set up by Friday. This excellent (!!) experience comes on the heels of a terrible experience at a Truro-based competitor (I don't want to name them but it rhymes with Neons), and I have nothing but great things to say about the Dartmouth Mattress Mart. I work in sales and know what it means to deliver outstanding customer service, and these guys know how to do it. From the initial order placement to delivery, nothing could have been better. Fast, accurate and pleasant. Five stars!”

I had to contact them about progress of the chairs!
Only after I contacted the store and inquired, again, did I get any information!
Then I was informed that they would be delivered the next day between 0830 and 1130.

It all started at the Bayer’s Lake location with Don & Cassidy who helped us find incredible deals for an 8 bedroom rooming house we needed to furnish. They held our order and had it shipped over to their warehouse in Lower Sackville where Jason was great in helping us get our truck loaded and ensure everything was accounted for. We then happened to be having lunch beside their New Minas location and Darrel was super helpful too. Can’t say enough good things about this company!! Great prices, great staff!!”

“Excellent customer service. Our experience with Attica has been great. Our sales associate Phil has gone above and beyond every single time we’ve been to the store. From making honest great recommendations to lending samples or pieces to see them in our home.
We purchased an Ethnicraft dinning set and a bed frame and we LOVE the eye chairs that were recommended by Phil.
Glenn was also very helpful with fabric selections and couch options.
Lastly I do want to thank Phil for coming on his day off to help with loading the furniture. We appreciate your impecable service, and prompt communication both via email and phone service!!
