“I walked in not knowing a thing about what’s new with tvs since I haven’t shopped for one in like 10 years. A young man named Omar approached me and was one of the most professional and kind person I have ever spoken to in a store. He broke down the ins and outs for me and asked me questions that I had no idea were important but in fact it helped me understand so much more. He got the guys out to my house and they hooked up all the surround sound he recommended and the new 83” and it was truly the best experience I could’ve had.”

“I was able to get a new service started very quickly and the associate was very friendly and knowledgeable. The only downside is it was hot in the store (thermostat read 76, with air not on until 80) so I was warm and borderline sweaty by the time I left.”
“I called this fellow and asked if he could fix my Bose radio. The CD quit working. He said yes and that he would be there until 5p. I took my radio to him and he said he would call me in the afternoon. 2-3 hrs. Later he called and said it was fixed and I could pick it up. Was open until 5p. Service was GREAT and my radio

“Chris was great. He went above and beyond delivering my grocery order from Target. But I don’t know how to tip him. They don’t touch target doesn’t let you leave a tip when you place your order they said do it when you do your review all this I can’t do it here so all went well except for this. Chris definitely deserves a tip and I definitely don’t know what to do for right now till I get this figured out I want to say a big big thank you to Chris who delivered my groceries.”

“I went to this location because the barberton store had no idea how to do anything. When i arrived at this location a young man and a young lady were working I wish I could remember the names but my memory sucks, anyway they had my phone number ported into a new phone all my data switched and out the door I went in 10 mins It was the easiest thing i have done in a long time and that is saying a lot for me as i dont get out much unless i have to due to some illnesses. But thanks to these 2 great workers it was fast and easy i would for sure recommend this location to anyone that is looking for anything related to metro pcs.”
“Normally I have the worst luck with my phones being able to be saved & fixed, and I just loose everything. I couldn't get my phone to come on, reboot, NOTHING!! Dawn at the Arlington plaza store was able to get it going within minutes, & even got me a new screen ordered since mine is cracked, & I had completely forgotten that I have insurance on the phone. This location has great service, & the employee's are very helpful, & very polite. Highly recommend this location.!”
“The gentleman that was working this evening was so patient and kind! I spent quite a while on the phone and they could not get my daughters new phone activated correctly. I went in this store and he was able to figure out their mistake and fix it. He even made sure there was no extra activation fee.”

“There can always be good or bad employees at anytime anywhere at a gas station. With that said, this little gas station is the life blood of The Merriman Valley. It really is the ONLY spot to go get goods early morning or late at night when everything else is closed. Especially if you live down there and are leaving for that early morning commute. So. I think this place is in very bad need of expansion if anything. They need more pumps, more parking, a bigger store etc. It only comes down to being super popular, the only place viable at certain times and completely overflowing with customers sometimes. So when you NEED it. The place can be over ran and have 20 minute wait times sometimes in line at pumps or behind the counter. This is also coupled with the Cuyahoga Valley National Park literally surrounding it. So in nice times of the year tourism is insane. I know, i used to live down there and work for the park system. This really is a great location and they have a decent selection. They just need more of everything to keep up with the foot traffic at peak hours of the day.”
