“August 2024: The battery in my Samsung S10 plus cell phone required recharging 2-3 times a day. Very frustrating. I thought initially that I would have to buy another cell phone… but upon doing some Internet research I realized that replacing the battery might solve my problem. Online, I found CPR Cell Phone Repair 2855 West Market St. Unit 115 Fairlawn, Ohio 44333. Rep Scott M. replaced my cell phone battery for under $86 in about one hour in August 2024. Now approx 15 months later…My cell phone battery life has been excellent since the replacement. I will return to CPR Cell Phone Repair in Fairlawn, Ohio if I ever need any repairs. Thank you Scot M. for the quick, professional and excellent repair service.
November 2025: Returned to CPR Cell Phone Repair to bring my elderly neighbor’s Samsung Note 9 because it stopped charging. Owner Scott repaired it within the time frame suggested. (Part had to be ordered.) The phone charges now. Great job to CPR Cell Phone Repair shop 2855 West Market St. Unit 115 Fairlawn, Ohio 44333. Thank you Scott M. for the great price and timely, professional and excellent repair service. I will return if I need another repair.”
“Excellent service by Eternity at the N. Main St. & Tallmadge Ave. Metro Store. We live in Barberton, but when we need to visit a store we go to this location just to be helped by Eternity. My wife & I both needed new phones as our batteries were wearing out. We met Eternity before at this store and told her the models we desired. Eternity went to work locating the phones, contacted us in a couple of days and then called letting us know she was ready. Excellent customer service from Eternity! “Whoever's saying bad thing about this place either never been here or is or was on something when they came here . I was treated with the best customer service and Andy helped me transfer my service from that other purple company. I went to a different Boost store and the service was like night and day . Even when you you go to different types of places you don't get this type of help as long as you have patience. This was awesome.”

“Came in to upgrade, and I did not want to be sold anything else. The gentleman respected that, and so I listened to him talk about their other services. Thanks to me opening up, I saved $40 bucks a month by switching my internet to Verizon. The representatives saved me even more money by adding Netflix, HBO max, Hulu, and Disney plus to my account so I could get them at a discounted rate! I didn't realize that Verizon is so much more than phones!”

“I walked in not knowing a thing about what’s new with tvs since I haven’t shopped for one in like 10 years. A young man named Omar approached me and was one of the most professional and kind person I have ever spoken to in a store. He broke down the ins and outs for me and asked me questions that I had no idea were important but in fact it helped me understand so much more. He got the guys out to my house and they hooked up all the surround sound he recommended and the new 83” and it was truly the best experience I could’ve had.”
“We had to wait for the previous customer to finish up but once that happened we had a wonderful seamless experience and within 30 minutes she had my new phone on in the case and active just pay tax and accessories out the door and a nice bill also great great great customer service loved it nothing like the 3 other places I had tried the few days before this day I would do it over and over again when I get a Apple Watch I will go right back there to add it thank you and so far I love the service Apple has a great 16e”

“Normally I have the worst luck with my phones being able to be saved & fixed, and I just loose everything. I couldn't get my phone to come on, reboot, NOTHING!! Dawn at the Arlington plaza store was able to get it going within minutes, & even got me a new screen ordered since mine is cracked, & I had completely forgotten that I have insurance on the phone. When i arrived at this location a young man and a young lady were working I wish I could remember the names but my memory sucks, anyway they had my phone number ported into a new phone all my data switched and out the door I went in 10 mins It was the easiest thing i have done in a long time and that is saying a lot for me as i dont get out much unless i have to due to some illnesses. “Called these guys around 4:30 or so asking if I could come in after work to get my brother’s phone fixed, and they got me in without any problem. The guy was very helpful And informative over the phone, and when I got there, they and got me in and out of the office in about maybe 20 minutes. The price is also very fair for the model and the atmosphere is really chill and casual! Also clean and quiet which I appreciate. I would definitely recommend going here to get your phone fixed. They don’t scam you or try to sell you things you don’t need unnecessarily and they’re very very nice and helpful. I will definitely be coming back again if I ever need to have my phone screen fixed.”
