“I give 5 stars because of Tiffany she is awesome she has went out of her way to do things and get things done for me we have been customer's for almost 2 years and if it wasn't for her and Matt we would of went elsewhere I do want to say when Matt left shame on Eagle for over looking Tiffany as his replacement she knows and does more then anyone else there. She should be running the place and I am sure others would agree.”
“Spoke with Bob by phone today to get an appointment for service on my frost free refrigerator which is only a few years old and not purchased from them. He assured me they could take care of any problem and because this was another recent large unplanned expense for me, offered solutions on how I could possibly stretch out a little more time with manually defrosting the freezer. I really appreciate the advice and will call back in a week or two for service. Thank you Bob!”

“Laruen an Stephine are one of if not the best employees I have ever met. They helped me get what I needed because of my situation. They also went way above and beyond and helped me safely sucre my bed frame and mattress to my car (2017 Ford Focus) They offered to help me home to make sure I would be safe. They asked me to call them to make sure I got home safe. I don't know how long they have been working there and their pay status but if eligible both of them deserve a lot of recognition. They barely new me and went way out of there job description to help me. They are two unique people.”
“Best hardware store especially for contractors whenever picking up an order from Lowe's its always something either waiting long times for them to pull orders or they get the clients order completely wrong at Home depot I rarely ever have any problems and if there are any problems they do what they can to fix it”
