“I’ve rented two larger machines from Home Depot in Wadsworth , both times warren has helped me out . Awesome guy, quick easy transaction , always helps me get acclimated with the equipment really well. If I were you, I’d rent from here and ask for warren . The prices aren’t the cheapest, but the availability and ease of rental is worth the extra!”
“I bought a new hot water heater at Home Depot and used their services to have it installed. The whole process from beginning to end was easy peasy. They took care of setting everything up, the person who installed was prompt, professional and did an excellent job on the installation. “I never write reviews, but I absolutely HAVE to because of how helpful the staff in this department was!! Went to the store today looking for a pair of long nose pliers to help dislodge something that got stuck in a trumpet pipe. Couldn't find what I was looking for and asked for help. Long story short, I ended up in the rental department and the guys there helped me get it out with their own tools. I cannot thank you enough for your help today!! They quite literally saved me from spending HUNDREDS in repairs! I absolutely recommend this place, the staff are genuinely great people”
“Kim (I believe that's her name) in the tool rental department was so helpful and went above and beyond to help me and my boyfriend with our rentals of a pickup truck and a trailer in May 2024. I promised her that I would fill out the survey but just now got around to it and see that the link is expired. Hence why I am now here, hoping someone sees this because she deserves the recognition and to be rewarded for her great customer service in some way. Thank you Kim (I hope that's your name!) you made a stressful situation much less stressful and you are very much appreciated! ?”
“I looked online for an electric blanket! It said they had 3 so I went over there and so the cashier called one of the workers to get it. Well it was on one of the pallets so while I was waiting thinking he was getting it down, another worker walking by me asked if I needed help! I told him what I was looking for he looked up the isle and took me over there. Well the first guy was up on the lift! He cut the plastic, and said yea well it’s not here! So the worker who took me over (Joe) said it’s 3 on that pallet the other guy said it’s burred under all that stuff ! So the kind worker (Joe) stepped in and said I’ll get it for you I just need a spotter! I was so grateful for Joe he went above and beyond to help! I’m retired military!! And he was kind enough to help me. Thanks Joe I really appreciate it.”

“Let me start by saying y'all have the best employees at the Wadsworth Home Depot. I've been coming in there for around three years and even go out of my way to come to that store. Four employees stand out and I think need recognition. Keith at checkout makes the mornings pleasant; what a great guy! Grant over in the tool section is incredibly knowledgeable about pretty much everything in the store. He's definitely an asset to Home Depot and the customers. Pat in the paint department is amazing; I love seeing him on the weekends. And the assistant manager, Kristen, I can't say enough good things about her. I had an online order with missing pieces, and she went above and beyond to resolve my problem with a smile on her face.”
“Today I went to Home Depot for two things they had me get in line I was in the store in about 2 minutes once inside the nicest employees told me what aisle I needed then two very friendly employees helped me get exactly the product I was looking for I found it on their web site then the line to check out went fast I was in and out quickly. Thank you Home Depot Arlington road with the kindest helpful employees”
“Very helpful, friendly, kind, and professional answered all of our questions. She took time to answer them and go above and beyond, very knowledgeable about the paints and colors. Even when she was cleaning the floors, had time to stop and answer questions to not only to us, but other customers around her. I’d definitely recommend Jacquline for employee of the month, it’s very rare to find people, that are willing to go above and beyond. Thank you so very much made our trip and time there enjoyable.

“We are not frequent shoppers at that particular location, but my husband recently worked a project nearby and this location was very convenient.
We had rebate cards (our 11% rebates) saved up and at his last trip he handed the cashier two of our cards. The cashier scanned the smaller amount, but not the larger amount, but kept the card. My husband was in a hurry (like contractors are when they have to leave the job to get something real quick) and I noticed it in the evening when I added the receipt into the books. At first we thought, ok, that money is lost, maybe the cashier even put that in his own pocket, but then I saw the option to email the front desk, so I did and explained the situation, emailed a copy of the receipt and all the info I had from the Menards website where you can precisely doublecheck your rebates. I did not have much hope, but to my surprise I got a phone call and an email that same evening, and the front desk manager told me she had found the card, it was never scanned and she would mail it back to me.
I appreciate the honesty, this is how companies make customers happy. Thank you again Michelle Sp.”

“Some things should be clearly labeled online only. I went looking for a gas line with valve set for a stove. There were like 3 online on the site but apparently none in the stores. Disappointing because I could have got it from the Walmart i was at right before I went there... besides that they are pretty good about anything building related and I actually bought a brand new washing machine (one of the big ones 4.5cf) from them a few years back... best big purchase ever.”
