“Very helpful, friendly, kind, and professional answered all of our questions. She took time to answer them and go above and beyond, very knowledgeable about the paints and colors. Even when she was cleaning the floors, had time to stop and answer questions to not only to us, but other customers around her. I’d definitely recommend Jacquline for employee of the month, it’s very rare to find people, that are willing to go above and beyond. Thank you so very much made our trip and time there enjoyable. “Great store and sale prices can be very good. The salesperson we dealt with didn't seem to have quite enough knowledge to help us with a price match question”

“I would like to express my gratitude to Tamarie for her excellent assistance with a product. In my experience, I have often found mature female staff members to be the most helpful. On this occasion, I was also assisted by two young men who, unfortunately, lacked both product knowledge and professional customer service skills. Furthermore, although your inventory system indicated that 16 items were in stock, none were actually available. Tamarie proactively located the items I needed at your Brimfield branch and confirmed their availability. It is important for young staff to understand that admitting when they do not know something is far more professional than pretending to have the answer. I highly recommend her service.ly recommend shopping at your store and if and when you require assistance, seek a woman's help. This is not the first time the young men you hire disappoint.”

“Much happier than Lowes as far as check out. I like the personal touch and old fasion attention. They are happy I shop there so I keep going. I find associates when needed to help find things. I littke less obstacles in the hallways would be good though.”

“I never write reviews, but I absolutely HAVE to because of how helpful the staff in this department was!! Went to the store today looking for a pair of long nose pliers to help dislodge something that got stuck in a trumpet pipe. Couldn't find what I was looking for and asked for help. Long story short, I ended up in the rental department and the guys there helped me get it out with their own tools. I cannot thank you enough for your help today!! They quite literally saved me from spending HUNDREDS in repairs! I absolutely recommend this place, the staff are genuinely great people”
