“Much happier than Lowes as far as check out. I like the personal touch and old fasion attention. They are happy I shop there so I keep going. I find associates when needed to help find things. I littke less obstacles in the hallways would be good though.”
“I never write reviews, but I absolutely HAVE to because of how helpful the staff in this department was!! Went to the store today looking for a pair of long nose pliers to help dislodge something that got stuck in a trumpet pipe. Couldn't find what I was looking for and asked for help. Long story short, I ended up in the rental department and the guys there helped me get it out with their own tools. I cannot thank you enough for your help today!! They quite literally saved me from spending HUNDREDS in repairs! I absolutely recommend this place, the staff are genuinely great people”
“Very helpful, friendly, kind, and professional answered all of our questions. She took time to answer them and go above and beyond, very knowledgeable about the paints and colors. Even when she was cleaning the floors, had time to stop and answer questions to not only to us, but other customers around her.
