“Paul Burke is absolutely wonderful! He is so friendly and makes you feel at ease. Buying a car is a very intimidating process, and he was there from the start with a smile and made sure to answer all of my questions thoroughly with a honest and straight answer. We have bought two newer cars off of him in the last few months, a Ford truck and a Subaru SUV and he has made both experiences as easy as they could be. After the first experience and transaction we knew we didn’t want to go anywhere else when looking the second time around. Having my first car loan on a such a nice vehicle and owning such a nice vehicle in general was extremely scary to me, but I feel like he did everything he could in the weeks prior to the purchase to help break it all down for me and give us all of the info for all the options available to us. He didn’t rush us into buying something and gave us plenty of time and space to test drive different trucks and suvs while deciding which one was the right fit for our family. We appreciate him so much! So far everything has been smooth sailing and I have not one complaint with Paul. We love our new vehicles. Serra Auto Park is lucky to have him representing them in my opinion. When it came time to make the purchase the financial advisor called around and got me the best interest rate that she could. I will definitely be back in the future to do business with him and Serra when we are in need of an upgrade. ?”
“I have had many different cars and mechanics throughout my life. This team has worked on all my Chevys. Currently my 1993 Indianappolis 500 Pacecar Camaro and my 1997 30th Anniversary Z28 Convertible. They are my gems and they have been reasonable with pricing, timely in returning the vehicles and usually available.
They have not done unnecessary work when I suspected greater repairs were necessary. They fixed issues directly saving me money on my AC, starters, suspension and tires.
The only thing that was not a job they would do was my Convertible top. But at least they were honest in their services.
I recommend them 100 percent.”
