Stopped in and was immediately turned away. Got some dumb excuse. Lazy and unprofessional was the impression I got!

Whoever was working may 28th day shift. Really lacked knowledge of anything asked a couple questions he gave responses that were not helpful. Then sent me out the door with no help or knowledge of how to set up my phone had to go back and ask multiple times still not a good customer service do not recommend.

Going to get phone service elsewhere. It's no surprise the Waterloo rd. location went out of business.
