Metro by T-Mobile has wonderful people providing excellent and respectful customer service. Customers report the best deals in town and a very customer friendly store. Staff are noted for their knowledge and for going out of their way to help fix problems, focusing on help rather than just making a sale. Many have been with Metro for years and remain extremely satisfied, consistently amazed by the great experience.
Cheap service but store never answers the phone and closed early everyday this week got there a lil after 5pm each day very disappointed

Been with the company for years on a plan with my mother go to this location at 4:40 they close at 7 to get a plan of my own to find the doors locked and lights on.
