“I had such a great experience at this Famous Footwear store, thanks to Heather! She was incredibly helpful, friendly and patient while helping me find exactly what I needed. Heather went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy with my purchase and her kindness really stood out. To be honest, I was never a huge fan of this store before, but after the amazing service I received from Heather, that has completely changed. Because of her, I will definitely continue to shop here and recommend it to others. Customer service like hers truly makes all the difference!”

“People at Ritchie’s are amazing. 100 percent would recommend. The people here worked with my daughter through the whole process of a letter man jacket and were so great. Trying to understand what she was trying to do. Having never seen anyone order. So sweet and walked her through it. Got it done faster than we thought. She is so excited to go pick it up.”

“I'm moving so unfortunately I have to cancel my membership here, but this is one of the best gyms I've ever been to. Dean is amazing and prioritizes cleanliness and friendliness in his gym. He knows all his customers by name and gives a personal greeting when you walk in. The gym is also very well equipped and he is currently expanding and adding a sauna. Wish I could take this gym to California with me.”

“I had ordered some umpire gear but put in the wrong zip code when ordering. After I worked it out with the shipper to return the items to Purchase Officials main store. I offered to pay shipping cost to get my items. They sent me my items with no additional cost the next day. Been great working with them and I will continue to buy all by umpire gear from them.”

Engaging, informative, anticipated my questions....all with a smile on his face. This guy is incredible. “This place is great! We use them for all of our team orders and team gear as well as any other sporting good needs we have. Dan is great to work with and gets us quality gear, and if it isn't done how we like it, he makes it right! Most of negative reviews on here are for the wrong company. This is PrimeTime Sporting Goods!”

“I have purchased many beanbag chairs in the past my daughter and my son both have extremely large beanbag chairs. We have a 4 foot a 6 foot and an 8 foot purchased from Amazon. I wish we would have purchased it from ultimate sack to begin with. I have purchased several covers because the ones that we had were always very poor quality. I recently purchased from ultimate sack and we could not be happier with our purchase. They are durable extremely soft. The zippers will definitely last and not break. The colors are bright and the field is amazing. My kids are happy and so am I.”

“My partner and I stopped by the Puma Outlet today for some birthday shopping, and we’re so glad we did! From the moment we walked in, we had an excellent experience, thanks to an outstanding sales associate named C.C. (I apologize if I’m spelling that incorrectly). C.C. was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. He took the time to assist us without rushing, answered all our questions, and made sure we found exactly what we were looking for. It’s been a long time since we’ve encountered such exceptional customer service, and it truly made our shopping experience a pleasure. Because of his outstanding service, we’ll absolutely be returning soon. If anyone deserves a raise, it’s C.C.! We left not only with great purchases but also with a positive impression of this store. Highly recommend stopping by”

“This fully stocked retail outlet is the best place to go for the sportswear and athletic person in your life. I've newly found their golf shorts that are stretchy and comfortable to be worn on the golf course, gym and a date. They were so kind to give me a Healthcare discount. And the assistant manager Nick was very professional and kind. I highly recommend this establishment.”

“Excellent Experience for a Beginner I had an amazing experience at TenPoint Archery, thanks to Dillan. As a beginner I walked in feeling pretty nervous but Dillan immediately made me feel comfortable and excited to get started. He took the time to properly measure everything on my bow, helped me select the right arrows, and carefully set everything up so it fit me perfectly. He never rushed the process and explained things in a way that made sense, which gave me a lot more confidence. You can tell he truly cares about what he does and about making sure customers leave feeling prepared and supported. I will be going back to Ten Point!”
