“Beautiful, clean spacious post office in Dublin the service was very quick. The staff was super efficient. I love the late open hours. There were so many lockboxes to rent and the parking was plentiful. I will definitely be back. It’s definitely one of my favorite USPS locations.”
“I just wanted to make sure I took some time out my day to say I truly had the best experience in this location on my break to run in here to grab a package and I was greeted and treated with respect by Janae. The place was very busy but she sure was able to clear the line past and with enough time to give everyone her full attention considering she was alone for moments of time ! “Hey! Shout out to Dwight and Sarah! This post office? It effing rules! I go here everyday. Why? I run my own business and I love the service I get here. Sure I could print my own labels but... No way, this place has never let me down. They have never made a mistake. They know me personally now from years of going in all the time and I sincerely enjoy seeing them and chatting for a minute. They are always pleasant, helpful, and very good at their jobs. Do not even worry about sending your mail out here, it is in good hands.”

“Had no clue what I was doing when it came to shipping out an Xbox but an employee in there named Curt was super helpful! Helped me figure out which box and shipping method to use and was extremely patient with me while I figured out what I was doing. Thank you again to him!!”
“I had the most awesome experience with this post office and this is why... I ordered something on Amazon and I don’t received my packages, my packages were lost, because I messed up wirh key from post box, and the mailman found my package and deliverd to me again. I am really appreciate your service and recommend this post office for every one.”
“Steve, the janitor was super helpful. He went above and beyond and help me load a bunch of packages into my car. He didn’t have to do that but I really appreciate it.”
“I suppose the negative reviews stem from the unreliability inherent in the bureaucratic dysfunction of the USPS.
Otherwise, this particular location is the bees knees. In terms of customer service, they knock it out of the park. And unfortunately, I don’t recall the customer service rep’s name (will edit when I find out), but he delivers service you can’t find in places you might expect have quality service. Nobody tips, practically no one is nice to workers in this sector, but he offers a smile and pleasant
conversation when applicable. I’d choose this location over any in Cbus just for the ease of transactions alone.”

“I deal with a lot of reselling items online & this is usually my go to post office since it’s right by my house. I have never really had a bad experience here, the staff is always kind and attentive towards me, I have also never had my items lost or anything, things arrive in a timely manner. Will continue coming here.”
“This is not a retail location. I went there to pick up my held mail. I had my doubts that one ring of the bell would be sufficient for service, but someone did come in a short time. He was very friendly and let me use one of their bins to transport all of my packages to my car, which I really appreciated.”

“Excellent service. Had a passport appointment and was exactly on time. There was an issue with my printed passport app, and I was asked to fill it out again and return to the counter, no problem. During that time about a dozen people were helped and the staff member was friendly and able to keep things moving. They did great.”
“I feel for the staff working here, I really do (except one I'll get to in a second). The West side is a difficult, mean & often smelly crowd to do business with. The staff there were all accomodating of our late appt arrival for passport except the older blk lady who was saying very rude, prying things trying to get the other staff to turn us away for being late. Luckily they have a bigger heart than her. We have a complex co-parenting situation and took off work to be there and accidentally picked the wrong hour. She's looking for a fight with any customer, was rude to everyone! I appreciate the men there and young blk woman who were professional considering the impatient, verbal crowd behind us.”
“The lady who help me here, Belinda, was beyond amazing. She definitely knows her job and how to do it very well. As I waited in line, I watched her take care of the 6 people in front of me. They asked questions and she had answers that helped everyone. And they all left smiling after Belinda helped them. Great woman, great personality, knows her job, and had me smiling as I left too. “Amlin is not much more than this post office and a pizza place. It's a cool little post office, with a counter, some PO boxes, and not much more. Friendly, personal service. I used to live not far from here, and I always tried to come here rather than Dublin. Short line, treated like a neighbor, always a pleasant experience. There's a small parking lot and a drop box. We still come here once in awhile if we're in the area.”
