“Torrid is one of the only plus size stores that I can shop at. It doesn’t exactly cater to the height impaired but it is a little bit easier to find things. (hint hint, Y’all could use a true petite line.) sadly, the store I always went to has closed. This is a little bit further, but worth it because every sales person I’ve come across at this location and the former, have been amazing. Both Angelica and Hannah helped me so much while I was there. They were knowledgeable about their product and more. It’s not often enough that we find great customer service anymore and these two were just amazing. Both were genuine and you could tell they love helping others.”
“I visited the Marketplace Rd location off of Aurora Rd. this evening and as ALWAYS had an INCREDIBLE experience! This is MY FAVORITE Old Navy! The store is ALWAYS IMMACULATE! The entire staff ROCKS! They greet you when you come in with beautiful smiles. The warm, friendly, and willingness to help is outstanding. All of the ladies are priceless gems and display amazing teamwork - I only shop at this location. “The customer service was top notch. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by a salesperson who also informed me about the current sale going on in-store. Another worker helped me to exchange a pair of pants I bought from another location, despite me not having a physical copy of my receipt (she found it online for me). They found the alternate size for me, opened a dressing room and allowed me to try on multiple sizes before I exchanged my cargo pants with no hassle. It was quick, easy, and extremely efficient. I would return to this location anytime. Two lovely ladies.”
“Great store and layout. I always find more than expected with each visit. Not to mention a great rotating clearance section which gets me into good trouble. Store lights are nice and bright. Staff is always helpful and accommodating. I will continue to patronize.”

“It is a clean store with lots of room to walk around and easy to spot. Awesome clothing and great quality too. The only problem I ever had is with their thin sweaters. They ALWAYS rip too easily.”
“The sticker shock on some of the suits can be a lot. But they also have a variety of jackets, pants, shirts, and ties to fit your budget. The two ladies that helped me get fitted for a wedding did a good job though. Neither of them knew how to tie a bow tie, which was fine since I went with a normal tie instead. Plenty of discounts around the store. And they threw in an additional discount at the end. Once I was ready to get checked out. I chose to get a shirt elsewhere since a white shirt there was a hundred bucks and I knew I could get another white shirt for much cheaper elsewhere.”

All Walmart has is men's pants☹. Make Skirts great again 2018! Why do woman wear pants?it looks horriable on them especially if they are heavy.”

“The people who helped us were very friendly. The store had some things I was looking for, mostly linen shirts. I didn't see any shoes though. It would have been nice if the 25% off coupon was emailed before the visit. However, 15% off was better than nothing. There are alot of other stores around too. The weather was great and we had fun!”
“This store has a variety of items. I usually come here for something my son needs last minute (like a white dress shirt for a choir concert) and I am never disappointed. I am able to get what's needed at a wonderful price point.”
“I don't know much about moisturizer or skin care. Although I felt very out of place, I stopped to see if I could find something nice for my mom. One of the girls working was very pleasant and volunteered quite a bit of time with me to help find some suitable products.”
