“The only place who was able to help us get a new bed frame same day! Ours broke cuz of our fat cat, so we were able to get a new frame and a boxspring for under $500. Staff was super nice, and even helped us save money by strapping it to the top of my car. Thanks guys!”
“I give 5 stars because of Tiffany she is awesome she has went out of her way to do things and get things done for me we have been customer's for almost 2 years and if it wasn't for her and Matt we would of went elsewhere I do want to say when Matt left shame on Eagle for over looking Tiffany as his replacement she knows and does more then anyone else there. She should be running the place and I am sure others would agree.”

I promised her that I would fill out the survey but just now got around to it and see that the link is expired. Hence why I am now here, hoping someone sees this because she deserves the recognition and to be rewarded for her great customer service in some way. “After already dealing with LL Flooring for two months, they told us it’ll take another month possibly two to get carpet installed. We went to Home Depot to see if they could do it sooner and with the help of Bri (so so helpful and knowledgeable) we were able to get it all finished yesterday! We only had to wait about 8 days. The three men that came and installed our carpet got it done perfectly and finished in 50 minutes. Thank you Bri for helping us get this done so quickly!”

“Clean, organized, pro desk employees are all cool and deserve rasies. The Milwuakee reps need to step up their game though. For 5 years they have promised me a t shirt and I haven't gotten one. I find this ridiculous. I haven't wore a shirt in years now and people treat me like an animal. I want to be cool and a good carpenter but it's hard without my promised free Milwaukee shirt. If I could get at least two Milwaukee stickers to cover my nipples I'd hold up till the next freeze. Jesus was a carpenter and not only was he the only son of God BUT he had a free promised Milwaukee shirt!”

“I’ve rented two larger machines from Home Depot in Wadsworth , both times warren has helped me out . Awesome guy, quick easy transaction , always helps me get acclimated with the equipment really well. If I were you, I’d rent from here and ask for warren . The prices aren’t the cheapest, but the availability and ease of rental is worth the extra!”

“Store is well stocked and tidy. Alex (manager) was very friendly, helpful and courteous! We witnessed a rude customer being difficult with him and his patience and calm attitude were commendable!”
“We are not frequent shoppers at that particular location, but my husband recently worked a project nearby and this location was very convenient.
We had rebate cards (our 11% rebates) saved up and at his last trip he handed the cashier two of our cards. The cashier scanned the smaller amount, but not the larger amount, but kept the card. My husband was in a hurry (like contractors are when they have to leave the job to get something real quick) and I noticed it in the evening when I added the receipt into the books. At first we thought, ok, that money is lost, maybe the cashier even put that in his own pocket, but then I saw the option to email the front desk, so I did and explained the situation, emailed a copy of the receipt and all the info I had from the Menards website where you can precisely doublecheck your rebates. I did not have much hope, but to my surprise I got a phone call and an email that same evening, and the front desk manager told me she had found the card, it was never scanned and she would mail it back to me.
I appreciate the honesty, this is how companies make customers happy. Thank you again Michelle Sp.”

“Laruen an Stephine are one of if not the best employees I have ever met. They helped me get what I needed because of my situation. They also went way above and beyond and helped me safely sucre my bed frame and mattress to my car (2017 Ford Focus) They offered to help me home to make sure I would be safe. They asked me to call them to make sure I got home safe. I don't know how long they have been working there and their pay status but if eligible both of them deserve a lot of recognition. They barely new me and went way out of there job description to help me. They are two unique people.”
