“Professor Don was the ONLY tech repair guy that helped me with my printer problem. He called me back promptly, did research after hours, and got me in next day to help fix my issue. He was kind, prompt, and very knowledgeable. Instead of spending hundreds of dollars on a different service or buying a new printer, I was walking out the door paying a fraction of that. I would highly recommend Professor Don!”
