“I had an old fireplace that needed updating. When Randy and Rick came out, they not only found gas leaks around the fireplace but near the furnace and water heater. Randy spent seven hours redoing gas lines. The fireplace is beautiful and very adjustable.”
“Local owner-operated and dealing with staffing issues did not prevent excellent customer service. Very rare these days to have someone provide prompt, thorough work while also being extremely personable—recalling details of a phone conversation had days earlier. I appreciate being able to have a quality machine repaired for further use rather than disposing and replacing it (for obvious reasons). Prices were great, too. If issues with a machine purchased arise (which will happen with the wear & tear vacuums take after years of use) I highly recommend seeing Jose to fix the issue. SO worth it. And get a Lamp Berge while you’re there—your house, family, and friends will undoubtedly thank you!”

“You might be surprised at this 5 star review for Dirt Devil (Royal). The vacuum is what it is and as we all know you usually get what you pay for. They make no claim to make the best vacuum, but for the price they are a good machine. My review is not for the product but for a Customer Service person named Jennifer who helped me today with a warranty concern. My first attempt with a warranty issue yesterday left me unsatisfied but Jennifer called me back today having spoken with her supervisor looking for a solution and together they were able to satisfy me. This kind of effort and commitment for the customer is rare indeed and I am very pleased with the result. Thank You Jennifer and good for you Dirt Devil for the customer commitment you have.”

“I like MFS Supply but this last rehab property there were a couple of issues that concern me.I manage 3 LLC's that buy properties in NE Ohio. In the past things went pretty smoothly. But this time: 1) no one told me they don't unload cabinets into the house anymore. Wasn't on the quote! When I mentioned this to them they said they changed that during COVID.NO that is wrong. Even my last deliver in April of 2021 they delivered into home!2) the measuring guy made a HUGE error. He did not measure where the 220 volt range outlet was located nor the 110 volt microwave outlet was. Thus during installation they ended up being behind the base cabinet (220) and behind wrong cabinet (110) and had to be moved. We lost a half a day moving electrical.Mostly I'm happy with MFS and Suzanne, April, Jack, Judy and their diligence and customer service.”
“Just got my furniture delivered by Aisha and Curtis, they are two of the most professional and polite individuals I have ever met in Cleveland. Not only did I get a pretty good deal on a king size mattress with the platform but I also got a five drawer chest . they were on time with the delivery and they also assisted me and bringing the furniture up to my unit. Aisha want above and beyond and came back to my unit to help me with the installation of the knobs.”

“First and foremost I love the owner and employees here. I just left from buying cash my first new washer and dryer with a 90 day warrantee. I went in to see what they had and to my surprise HE HAS A WHOLE WAREHOUSE FULL OF APPLIANCES. Very intimate family owned company. I was blessed to get a very good deal for 900$. And a free bird tree house!! Soo cute.. I live close so I was happy to have found something that fits my family size. This is my second investment this year for my life to be more comfortable and easier so I'm proud of myself. Moms remember u rule..

“On Jan 10, 2024, we had a wind storm, so our power went out. When the light came on, I still had no internet, and part of my house didn't come back on. Eventually, I went to check the panel box, and yes, breakers were out. This one red breaker wouldn't reset (off/on), so I YouTubed it. I took a picture of the breaker, drove to Home Depot, and saw this beautiful young lady working in the electrical isle. Now, all the breakers looked alike to me, so I stood there acting like I knew what I was doing (men). So she started walking towards me, and this sweet voice said "are you finding what you're looking for, I'd be glad to help?" Embarrassed, my inner voice said "naw I got it". Then something happened and "please, cause I don't know what the hell I'm looking for". She took my phone, zoomed in on the photo, and went straight to the breaker I needed. She said you need a 20amp Seimens, and this should work. I brought it home, changed it out, and I was back in the game!!! I'd like to thank Arissa for being professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and most of all, for just being there. With help like that, I'll definitely be back. Bless Her Heart!”

They were able to speak to the differences between similar products, and recommend the gift that would give me the most “bang for my buck.” They also did a wonderful job with the gift wrapping. Overall a beautiful store with friendly staff, I will be returning!”
