I was in last week. Rachel in Misses/Contemporary assisted me. She put forth extra effort to help me find what I was looking for(an item that I believed was no longer available). She not only found it but also took the time to find my size in another location and ordered it! She is a very nice young lady with exceptional customer service skills!”

“I go to this Ross every couple months for the pet toys they keep well stocked. I get toys for 3 dogs who in spite of my variety they always want the same toy. “Only 1 register & 3 self checkout lanes open on a Wednesday at 12pm. These poor employees are so disgruntled with the lack of support & workers. I know management is having a hard time with workers, but also losing business with people not wanting to wait.
