“Staff was good and helpful but do make sure every in one hour or in two hour to go to where you drop the BOL after check in with receiving office because when unloading is done, they forget to inform you with the text message or call, they just drop the BOL on the same location where you drop the bills for unloading. So do make sure to go check when you got the green light.”
