“I'm not sure why this pharmacy has so many poor reviews. I just moved here from Columbus and during the chaos of the move, one of my prescriptions ran lower than I'd realized. I'd previously used Kroger Pharmacy in Columbus, but this Giant Eagle location is walking distance from my house and there aren't any Krogers up here so I was crossing my fingers that these reviews were off base. Very relieved to find that they are. The pharmacist I spoke to yesterday was incredibly friendly and helpful. He got my prescriptions transferred and put a rush on the one that I was almost out of. They had my prescription ready by the next morning. Very happy with this pharmacy so far.”
“Yes, overnight parking, but you cannot park after the delivery, You have to sign the paperwork at the guard shack. Appointment at 5 AM, got a call at 4:30, went to the dock, paid lumper, out at 6:30 AM.”
“I ran in here in a hurry on a road trip for some batteries and this was a convenience stop since I don't know my way around the store, I had to stop and ask someone who was very helpful and very accurate in their directions so I could get in and out quickly with what I needed”

“I haven’t had a disappointing time going in here. I see a lot of familiar faces from East Cleveland grocery store Konnis. I just pray we don’t have the same quality they had in that store. I have met some new workers who go out there way to make you smile. They even donated last year with us feeding the homeless. I thank you guys for that. Continue being great for our community we need people who care around the whole circle.”
