“My husband absolutely loves shopping here! Before we found this store, he had been shopping at the usual men’s stores and department stores, but never really finding things he liked. J3 is packed full of superb quality clothing. The style is unmatched to any other men’s store. These are items made with the finest materials. You definitely get what you pay for. The service is exceptional! We mainly deal with Jack and Brian, but all associates are awesome and helpful! They know their merchandise and they have the expertise to help you find exactly what you like. No one pushes you to buy anything. They really are there to help you if you need it. And their advice on clothing is spot on. I love this store and wish they had a store for women’s clothing :) But for now, we are customers for men’s clothing for life here!”
“Made a trip to Brigade today (Sept 3rd 2023) and everytime I make a trip up to the Beachwood Mall. I make a special trip every few months from the Pittsburgh area.The guys who work at Brigade are always really helpful and give top notch customer service as well.The selection of clothes are always super fresh and cutting edge, and are priced nice.I've shopped here the past few years and will continue to come back.5 stars all day long!”
“Truly one of the best places I've ever been! I stopped by while visiting Cleveland with my kids and the staff could not have been more friendly!! They had exactly what I was looking for (including a bag I had been trying to find for nearly a year!). They were even able to ship back one of the purchases so that I didn't have to carry it back in my suitcase! Our Uber back to our hotel broke down in the parking lot and the owner of the store came out and introduced himself and asked if he could help. He invited us back inside to wait and we had the nicest conversation about a mutual place we both enjoy to vacation. This is what every store should be, but it is hard to come by these days. Knowledgeable, friendly staff with an incredible selection! If you visit Cleveland, Cuffs should be your first stop!”

“I went to the Fly Fishing 101 with my son and two grandsons on Saturday April 13. Although it was windy the Orvis staff made the best of it. They were so patient with my grandsons. I really appreciated the time they spent. They really worked at breaking down the casting and line tying in a manner we could understand. Great group of people and would recommend it to anyone interested in learning more about fly fishing.”

“My husband and I visited the store on 07/12/2023 after having just visited another local hat store that has also been around for many many years. This store is a stark contrast from our experience at the other business! Immediately, we were impressed with this store's appearance and the friendly greeting we received from Maelynn (?spelling) and one of the store owners! Maelynn was very knowledgeable about the various hat styles and was able to show us selections after my husband explained what he was looking for! He chose a hat he loves, I love it too, and love to see him in it! When we are back in our home town, we will be sure to visit them again and get hubby right!! Thanks Maelynn and team!!”

Took my son there in May looking for a prom suit.
Dennis put the best outfit (suit/shirt/tie/socks/shoes/belt) together for us. My son looked fantastic on prom day/night.
Yesterday, my husband needed a suit for an upcoming wedding, so we headed to K&G again.

“Scott and the team are fantastic! From the day we came in they were so nice and helpful, my fiancé had a specific vision and everything was found very quickly and just as he wanted. They helped with sizing, ordering all suite and any details that were needed. We came in for the fitting and very minimal needed to be adjusted for the perfect fit!
Highly recommend this store for the quality of clothing but also the fenomenal service they give.

Was trying to find my son Air Force 1's size 14, tried 12 shoe stores and nobody had them. Went here, found them, out the door in minutes. True Cleveland landmark, go check them.out!”
