“I love Sutton Hardware. I discovered them when I moved to Cleveland in 2014 and every interaction I have had here has been great. Today, I dropped off two storm windows for repair with Bob. He stated that their turnaround time would be about 5 days (drop off Thursday morning, ready Monday or Tuesday), which is faster than most other local hardware stores. I agreed and asked that if one of them could be done sooner, it would be helpful as it was the only window at the house. Long story short, they were ready by close of business today at 5pm.Side note, at least one other local hardware store wanted to charge an extra $40 to expedite my windows, with no guarantee when they'd be done.The folks at Sutton continue to earn my business, even though they are not the closest hardware store to me. I can't recommend them highly enough.”

As someone who owns and rehabs old houses, it’s a cool place to shop (or just browse some of the classiest and also weirdest stuff from the past).But, I also tend to have a lot of cool stuff that I’ve removed from houses but had no use for. I brought a bunch of stuff down ( you need to have an appointment first) and the ladies were awesome at inventorying and pricing it and it’s been selling WAY faster and with less hassle to me when I’ve used Craig’s, marketplace, etc.”

Like most folks, I change up because of many many businesses bombarding my email with advertisements.Anyway over a year ago I advised customers of what to do to get Sheliga's fans to run longer i.e. spraying w2 40 in the engine.Well, they've fixed that. The fan I bought from them a little over 8 months ago has been altered and oil can't get to the motor the way it could on older models.Sheliga is in business to make money not friends!! Haha HahaThis is still though the best place to shop for your needs!!And that strange guy that was obsessed with me isn't there anymore??!!!???”

“Carl and his sales associate Tony are knowledgeable and always willing to guide you in the right direction when you have a question. "Mr Bob Knob" I find it suspicious that you say that they wanted to charge you a restocking fee. I've been a customer for decades and have never had a single issue with a return. I also doubt the story about the employee saying the customer "did not wanting a black man to make any money",because the owner of the store isnt black. They are a bit more pricey than the big box stores but I don't mine paying a little more for the convenience of being able to get what I need right around the corner.”

“I like MFS Supply but this last rehab property there were a couple of issues that concern me.I manage 3 LLC's that buy properties in NE Ohio. In the past things went pretty smoothly. But this time: 1) no one told me they don't unload cabinets into the house anymore. Wasn't on the quote! When I mentioned this to them they said they changed that during COVID.NO that is wrong. Even my last deliver in April of 2021 they delivered into home!2) the measuring guy made a HUGE error. He did not measure where the 220 volt range outlet was located nor the 110 volt microwave outlet was. Thus during installation they ended up being behind the base cabinet (220) and behind wrong cabinet (110) and had to be moved. We lost a half a day moving electrical.Mostly I'm happy with MFS and Suzanne, April, Jack, Judy and their diligence and customer service.”
