“We used Linden Stop and Lock for about 4 months after moving across the country. The staff were super helpful and informative, we felt like our items were safe and we had access to move in and out easily. They did their best to get us a unit close to the front so we had fewer trips in and out, which was above and beyond. After we cleaned out the unit, we ended up leaving one small item behind, and they called and kept it safe for us until we could come pick it up, again, above and beyond. I know they did not have to do this for us. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their services.”

“Clean, friendly, gated, 24-7 access. Had space and immediately rented. Would like it to have a bit more modern web site with prices, and allow people to fill out paperwork online (it was online, but at the office).”
“I stopped at the office to confirm prior information received by phone. The individual that I contacted and spoke with (Deborah) made the process so simple that we were able to complete the registration in a matter of minutes. With her help we were able to get the last available unit for the size we needed. It did not show up online. She presented all of the detail in a very professional manner. Had she not helped, I would still be looking for a unit, I believe.”

“I’ve had a unit here about 18 months. It is climate controlled, which is nice you don’t have to load/unload in the heat/cold, and it’s kept pretty clean. Any time I have had questions or issues they have always been nice and easy to communicate with, like they actually HEAR your concerns. I will continue renting here as long as I need storage.”
