“I have a unit here and recently experienced the death of someone close, I stored the ashes and had to prepare them for shipping, I will just say I was in no mental shape for this, the female employee Monika, I believe her name was, helped me properly prepare the urns for shipping far above what the job requires she was helpful, sympathetic with kind words. What a Job! She is what we look for when we hire, thank you for the personal touch!”

“I was in short-notice need of storage while approaching the time that I move out of my present residence to allow for remodeling. I spoke with Angie who gladly showed me available spaces and their price ranges. She worked so well with my situation in regards to timeframe and military discounts. Restrictions were covered well and how to provide notification once I'm ready to vacate the storage area. It was a very pleasant experience. In the future, should the need arise I won't hesitate to come back to Storage Inns of America. I also had the pleasure of witnessing some serious multi-tasking by Angie as she dealt with three customers at the same time. What professionalism and excellence at work!!!”

Their loading dock access options made it easy to move-in, and the quality weather and security infrastructure around the building has kept me from ever worrying about the safety of my property.
