“I love Marcs but they seriously have a cashier issue. They have two lines open, people lined up six deep and waiting. Then to look over and see three people standing behind customer service desk on their phones, giggling and talking is annoying.
The self checkout is a great tool , however you can you only have twenty items.
Something needs to change. People shouldn't have to wait fifteen minutes in line.”
“I ordered a very large sheet cake for a party. It was half chocolate & the other half white almond. I worked with Joyce, in the bakery, to place my order. I explained the decorations I wanted & it turn out perfect. On the day of the party, Joyce allowed me to use the bakery's utility cart to wheel this large cake out to my car because it wouldn't quite fit in a regular shopping cart. The cake was a hit & was enjoyed by everyone.”
