“I have been residing at Springs at Liberty Township Apartments for about 4 months now and just wanted to give a shout out to the maintenance team, specifically Stuart! I've put in several request for minor repairs around the apartment and the maintenance team has responded quickly, and are always courteous and professional. My mom had a safety bar installed in the bathroom that required Stuart to drill into the wall. When he asked my mom for a broom so he could sweep up the mess, he became my mom's best friend! Lol!”
“Ivy Hills Place has been an amazing community to live in. The management team is understanding and truly works with residents during times of need, which makes a big difference. Maintenance is always responsive and comes out quickly whenever something needs to be fixed.
The office staff is kind, attentive, and welcoming every time I visit. I absolutely love my townhome the space and layout are perfect for my family. It’s clear that Ivy Hills Place genuinely cares about families and takes pride in creating a comfortable place to call home.”

The location is prime and close to everything worth doing in Cincinnati, they offer decent amenities, maintenance requests are responded to quickly, and overall it's a safe, clean and quiet apartment community. “Super highly recommend West Chester Place if you're looking for an apartment in the area. I stayed in a 2b unit from 2019-2024 (purchased a house) and only good things to say about it. Bill was a really great landlord and I'd see/chat with him around the complex when I would walk my pup.
I lived here for a good chunk of time and I feel the rent/pricing was always more than fair and stayed pretty consistent considering the size of the unit that I was in.”
“We recently had the pleasure of meeting with Ashleigh Roth, manager at the South Lebanon location, to view a prospective rental unit. From the moment she warmly welcomed us into her office, we knew that we were in good hands. Highly professional and knowledgeable, she answered all our many questions and escorted us to see an available unit. Ashleigh was a pleasure to work with! We couldn’t have asked for a more positive experience, even though the application process was very difficult. She helped rectify the never-ending stumbling blocks we encountered in the online process with finesse and patience. Thank you, Ashleigh! Oh—and we have a move-in date. Can’t wait!”

“Overall good responsiveness and attention to detail for tenants. We have enjoyed our stay and think highly of the community. Minor issues to report. The Wifi has not worked in the conference room, nor in the fitness room (one of the two Peloton bikes has remained off for several months). Carpet vacuuming is not frequent enough in the fitness room. Takeout cups not reliably available next to the coffee machine. Most aspects of the upkeep are nicely done. It is overall a beautiful building and has all the amenities that make life enjoyable. ?”

“Jay in maintenance is a rock star. Always takes care of things right away, patient, explains details on calls or in notes, and has a great sense of humor. Feels like a favorite family member comes with the apartment.”
“Overall a decent place to live. I would say the newness of it is starting to wear off but overall pretty decent.
Pros:
- Leasing staff and maintenance is great. Leslie and Jason were at a previous place I lived and they do an amazing job. Heather the Property Manager does a great job as well and will go above and beyond to fix issues like parked buses running all night long out front. Buses no longer sit out front now due to her hard work.
- Nice unit layouts. Probably the largest in the city if I had a guess.
- Nice amenities, but not overly great but nice
- Staff does a great job with community social events
- Bonus is when packages pile up and if time allows the staff will place them at your door for you so you don't have to go to the locker room. Very thoughtful gesture on their end.
Cons:
- Over the past couple months people stopped cleaning up after their dogs outside. It is pretty much just dog waste everywhere an area of grass is nearby. At this point you will have to walk a couple of blocks to find an area where your dog isn't walking through waste and then tracking it inside.
- It does get a bit dirty in the common areas on the weekends especially Sunday.”

“The entire team of Savoy is OUTSTANDING!!!! The property office has the perfect team in Hannah (Property Manager) and Mckenna (Leasing Consultant). The maintenance team is just as superb. Danny (Senior Maintenance Supervisor), John, and Damian made sure any work order; maintenance emergency; or weather impact was handled professionally, swiftly, and with compassion. ALL common maintenance issues were completed in under 24hrs of notification. Emergencies were handled with the proper attention. Any major issues were communicated and completed in a timely manner, with little to no inconvenience.
Hannah and Mckenna made the property feel like a home. They took every concern, from minute to extreme, the same way. The property office nurtured a tight knit feel for the community. I would recommend Savoy to EVERYONE looking to live in a community where kids are safe; adults enjoy fantastic community events; and a staff that genuinely cares about the people. HILLS Properties has a gold mine in Savoy.”

I am originally from Indian Hills and Delhi township. I really appreciate the staff at Garfield tower apartments, especially Miss Jennings who I nickname Miss. Cincinnati for being the happiest lady in town and for her outstanding dedication as a property manager. She takes excellent care of everyone and I am so grateful for her helping my husband! I think this place is the nicest place in Cincinnati Ohio to live. Miss Jennings makes the place the happiest place in Cincinnati Ohio. My husband just thinks the world of her. “I lived here for 4 years and would have absolutely renewed for a 5th if I were still living in Cincinnati. Emily and the entire staff do an amazing job taking care of residents. The building is in a great location, has spacious units, and an awesome rooftop. I can’t recommend living at The Reserve enough!”

“We moved into Roebling Row a little over a month ago and so far it’s been amazing. We had a lease signed at another complex, but that fell through due to the place not being move in ready and having mold. Jessica was fantastic and was able to give us a tour on short notice, and then get us moved in within 1 weekend. She was so helpful in such a chaotic time for us. Since moving in, we’ve had nothing but positive experiences here!”

The party room is a wonderful place for gatherings with pool tables, shuffle board, TVs, and lots of seating options. The residents are friendly and the almost monthly resident events offer opportunities to meet your neighbors. The management team takes care of any issues in an efficient manner.”
