After having a really disappointing experience at the Lebanon location, I was hesitant to try dropping off a large Amazon return again. But since the Mason store is close to my work and I needed to return the item before getting charged, I decided to give it a shot.
I’m so glad I did—Gus went above and beyond. He not only helped me carry multiple heavy boxes into the store, but he also took the time to repackage the return to make sure everything was secure and ready to be sent back. “I came in assuming they could simply scan a QR code and ship it. Unfortunately, that was not the case and it turned into a project. The company I was doing business with did not provide the appropriate QR code. Feruza was quick to correct the situation with a simple work around. While I was working on my portion of the project, Feruza was still at work with other customers. Then she immediately came back to me to help finish the first step. “Paige is the best. I completely forgot about the 2$ charge for printing a return label. I only had a 20$ on me and instead of her making me break the 20$. She waived the fee...or paid it herself. Lol im not sure. Either way....I have more money for plants now. And that makes my day! Also there were atleast 7 people in line and she was seemingly the only one in there at 9:30 am. Eventho it was early...she still had a smile on her face and she was making the line move! Thanks again Paige! I love nice people!”

“I started out with a 1-star rating on my review. I had an issue with 2 packages that were shipped from Springdale to Scottsdale, where I am for the month of February. I called the store twice, left voice-mail with no response. Haley, the manager got my message and finally called me back. She was very helpful in rerouting the packages to our condo. I'm now anxiously waiting for them to arrive. Thanks, Haley for helping to get my issue straightened out.”
“This UPS location truly goes above and beyond what you’d expect from a shipping and mailing service. A huge shoutout to Luke. S, who made our experience exceptional. He took the time to patiently walk my wife through the entire process, explaining everything clearly and making sure she felt confident and comfortable. We never felt rushed, something that’s honestly rare these days. It’s clear he genuinely cares about helping customers.
