“I would like to say I have been bringing my car to this shop for roughly a year now. I am absolutely picky about where I get my car service done because my dad was a mechanic for a long time. We used to do most of our car work in-built in-home shop, but we don’t have access to it anymore. They helped refurbish my Chevy Cruze to near mint condition, pricing is reasonable. Other services are very reasonable for pricing also. Dustin, the other gentleman are very good at communicating. And I would like to give a shout-out to Tom Sora, amazing man and runs his business extremely well. Will take care of your cars and someone I trust very well. “My car was stranded in Lowes parking lot overnight. Called them and within 2 hours had a tow truck ready and by the time I got back to the car they pretty much were just waiting for me to start the car. Time estimate I gave them for me being there was dead on so he was just ready. On top of it just had a very pleasant man work with my extremely limited car knowledge and was in and out somewhere between 5-10 minutes. If I'm in the area again with a bad incident like that I'd be surprised if I didn't call them again.Service: Car towing”

“Ok. I have been to a few shops in the area and their service is by far the best. Had an issue with my Hummer and took it to a few shops. It sat at one shop for 2 months and they tried everything they said. Finally came across Springdale Automotive they came pick up my truck and had it ready the next week. Everything went smooth. I recommend this shop to everyone.”

I called Geico to send a tow truck this morning with the ETA to be 9:45 and they got there around 9:15! “Stephanie and Gary are amazing! They're friendly, honest, and provide quality work. Unfortunately, I don't have "before" pictures, but I hydroplaned and wrecked my brand new 2023 Subaru Forester. The entire front end was smashed, windshield shattered, and 3 of my tires had to be replaced. Thankfully it wasn't totalled. Gary performed a miracle and it honestly looks brand new again! They also dealt seamlessly with my insurance company. I would highly recommend Eastern Hills Automotive and plan to come to them in the future with any auto repair needs.”
