“We always have a great experience at Grandpas!!! My grandsons love it there and live to sample the munchies. Brailyn was so nice to us and was so friendly and sweet in giving the boys some samples. They lived her. We will always stop and get some things there what a great experience we love it!! Can’t wait till the next visit!!!”

“Speedways are usually kinda shady and dirty, but since this one is brand new it's super nice. I went to pump #5 and, I don't know if it's a security thing or if the reader is a bit finicky, but I had to hold my card in place in the reader or it wouldn't read. Not a problem for me, got my gas and left. I hope the place stays clean and well lit. It's right on the way home from work for me and I'm definitely gonna be there when I need to.”

“I frequently go to this gas station not only for gas but also for beer and other cold beverages, they have great coffee, large stock of both hot and cold snacks as well as something traditional like chips and candy bars, they sell lottery tickets as well. They also have an ATM inside of the store.”

“The guys that work here are very nice, known the one since a good 9 years. Never had an issue with the gas quality. The only complaint is the ATM took a $20 fee ontop of the $2.50 fee that is required when doing a transaction, pretty annoyed at that as I'm a single mom of 3 and every dollar counts for us.”

“Good prices, great location. Extra discount w Shell rewards. A bit confusing if one tries to use CCard (which they don't accept), but that's how they keep prices low.”

“Sheetz is like the Target of gas stations. They're a recognizable brand, the 2nd idea that comes to mind when you want to pull over somewhere to grab a bite to eat while filling your tank as well. Their food is alright, nothing special, it hits the spot whenever you don't have the time to cook or dont have any way to cook while on the go. Truly, no complaints. But, I can't really give any high compliments either. It's a perfectly middle-of-the-road MTO gas station.”
The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.

Read the postTexas-born Buc-ee's is changing the way people think about gas stations and convenience stores. This chain is known for its huge stores along highways, some with over 100 fuel pumps. With its funny billboard ads, award-winning clean bathrooms, and branded items Buc-ee’s is hard to miss. The company wants people to actually plan to stop at Buc-ee's during road trips, not just go there as a last resort. And it's working - the chain has a huge fan base, with Facebook groups dedicated to Buc-ee's having hundreds of thousands of members.

Read the postLove's Travel Stops is rolling out a new system that turns work into a game for its restaurant employees. Picture this: Three big screens in each restaurant, tracking how fast workers greet customers, take orders, and hand out food. It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average. "These monitors track key performance metrics in real-time, such as greet times, order processing times and the time it takes for food handoff," Love's explains. The system creates a more interactive environment, fostering friendly competition between stores.
