“I've stopped in this location a handful of times while in the Youngstown area, never had a bad experience with the service. It was one of the cleaner travel centers in this area.. I could tell that the coffee and fountain drink areas were kept up with throughout the day, as there were few spots if any of spilled drinks, ice, ect. Basically, I didn't feel grossed out when getting a coffee/hot drink as I have before at some travel centers.
I can also speak of my experience with using their showers. I purchased mine around 430 pm and waited maybe 3 minutes until my number was called. I usually request a handicap bathroom, but forgot this time and got lucky anyways when I opened the door and realized it was a handicap shower. Im not sure if they had renovations done recently or within the last year, but this shower definitely looked more updated than other locations. It was absolutely one of the most thoroughly cleaned showers I've used in recent months. So many places skip over taking a damn broom to the floor first, so your likely gonna see all the dust and smaller pieces of things under the sink, around the toilet, along the baseboards, ect. Whoever cleans the showers here, or was on shift that day, did an excellent job. I always have lysol wipes to go over things and lysol spray for the showers, but if I would of forgot that day, I wouldn't of been stressed because it actually felt and looked that clean. I have this location wrote down and starred in a notebook I keep as a great location to stop for showers and such while in the Youngstown area.”
