“The staff here have always been helpful and friendly. Never left the place not being able to do what I came there for. I've been able to make deposits and withdrawals here, and have used their notary services here as well. Conveniently located very close to the University. They are open just long enough to get in after work if I needed to. Also a plus that that Huntington as a company allows legal CHL / CCW holders to carry inside, so I know that my deposit or withdrawal will be safe from those with ill intent. This can be a sketchy area in the eyes of some, so this extra assurance is welcome.”

I went to my local Chase branch and was helped by Ishmael Ballard. He immediately closed my checking and opened me a new one, got ahold of the fraudulent department rather quickly and handled everything with ease. I even got my money back moments later following the fraudulent claim. He was very professional, friendly, and extremely helpful.
