“Roman (owner) was quick to respond on a Raptor Page that he was local shop to me. He worked with me on some things I wanted to get done to my truck, was knowledgeable on Ford Raptors, and answered all my questions. He was able to squeeze me in with short notice and got all the work done quick. He even knew about the Ford Forscan reset for my suspension module so that with the lift he installed my sensors would recalibrate. Most shops aren't this knowledgeable or will tell you to take it back to dealership.
Cool dude, seems honest and hard working. I'd rather support a shop like this then a big box shop who doesn't really care about your stuff.”
“I really like this place. They acted like I was a customer, they told me what was going on, they recommended some ideas, that doesn’t always happen. They were efficient and timely and really nice people. Oh, and after four different auto mechanics, they finally figured out what was wrong with my tire!!!!!!!!!!!”
“My son bought their VIP package and took his car there and had to have his vehicle serviced. His last one was in February of this year. We heard a humming noise coming from the front. We took the car to Rad Air in Seven Hills. They advised me the car had not been aligned. I had called North Royalton Automotive and spoke with the owner. He was very understanding about what had happened and did what was right. He replaced the tires and paid for an alignment on his car. There are very few people that stand by their business. Gary Stinnet is good and honest business owner. I would recommend them and if you have issues he will take care of you. As a Veteran and proud Christian this is a true blessing and I thank him.”

“I was in an accident and originally my car was sent to the Bedford location on Aurora Road. There were quite a few people ahead of me, so to get my car started they sent it to the North Royalton location. Both locations were awesome, but North Royalton gave top-tier service. Courtney communicated updates with me daily, showed she really cared, and did everything she could to get my car back to me as quickly as possible. They truly did an amazing job! My car looks great!!”
“All the workers at York Road Autobody treated me like family, also so very professional and kind, answered every question I had. Before I got my car fixed I went up there for a estimate and they took pictures and I had some parts that were hanging down and it felt unsafe to drive. Jeff got under my car and made it safe again until they could fix it. I just can't say enough great things about this business and all the people that work there and how I was treated. “Thank God I found this repair shop. I had great experience getting suspension work on my Range Rover. I dealt with Kyle and Kevin. Both gentlemen were awesome. Kyle put my vehicle up on the rack and showed me what was wrong. He also pointed out things to look out for in the future. No pressure, honest and great service!!! I could not be happier with the work I had done. I will return when needed and would not hesitate to refer my family and friends.”

“Richard is absolutely someone I would recommend to family, friends, and anyone reading this review. He is fair and honest in his assessment and diagnostic. He is not the one to try and sell you parts or work you don't need. He did work on our Honda Odyssey and not only was it turned around in a reasonable amount of time and did so without breaking our budget like a dealership would. I stand by Richard and his work and if you go to him I know you will too.”

“I lost my job in Florida due to a hurricane lost my sister nov13th. I moved to Arkansas drove to ohio to see my brother which lost his fight to cancer. My car broke down and no garage would help they were booked. I called updated automotive repair and Bill the owner was booked and still helped my family and I and got us on the road. If not for bill I would have lost my job and potentially homeless. Bill the owner was such a blessing and fantastic. “Recently had work done at Caliber Collision on York Road in N. Royalton. This was our second interaction with them and Mike Adkins, General Manager. Our 2017 Roush Ford Convertible had extensive damage on the passenger side including wheels/tires and sheet metal work. Mr. Adkins ensured our vehicle was brought up to better than factory perimeters. All components of the car were checked to ensure no damage was undetected. The work performed was of a high quality due to the supervision of Mr. Adkins and his high expectations of his quality work force. He, also, was not above "hands on" work to ensure the job was completed in a timely manner. Caliber Collision is the only shop of this type to be considered for repairs to your vehicle.”
