“Rick and John Hudak operate Village Auto Body with outstanding service lauded by their customers and insurance carriers alike. They pride treating vehicles from cosmetic issues to major collision. Though Rick and John run a run a tight operation, customers come to appreciate the special consideration and support they are accorded. It is their intent to go that extra mile to make sure everyone is satisfied. Although they repaired my Mazda CX9 hail-damage just fine, Rick was instrumental in addressing some additional regarding rear view mirror correction and moon roof channel clearing as part of my overall hail damage repair job. By principle, he included some issues without additional charge which spoke volumes about integrity and reputation at Village.

More recently, my dealer told me to bring my car in to have an interior handle repaired. Instead, my first reflex was to check first with Village Auto Body to see what their rates were. Rick took care of my issue with better results, validating my decision. I wish I could go higher than 5 stars.”

“I cannot say enough good things about Richfield Auto Repair and especially Vinny!

I was driving on the highway on my way to work when I noticed one of my tires was quickly losing pressure. I immediately searched for the closest auto repair shop and found Richfield Auto Repair, which was about 6 minutes away. Needless to say, I was praying the entire way that I could make it there before the tire completely went flat or blew out. I pulled in with only 18 PSI left in the tire.

Vinny greeted me with nothing but kindness. I explained what was happening, and he let me know that unfortunately they do not sell tires, but he would be happy to put air in it so I could make it to the closest place that did.

After putting air in the tire, Vinny noticed that it was losing pressure pretty quickly. Instead of simply sending me on my way, he said, “Let me put a plug in it so you can safely get where you need to go and get a tire.”

That alone was incredibly kind, but when I asked him how much I owed him, he simply told me not to worry about it.

It is honestly rare these days to come across a business and a person who sees someone in a difficult situation and immediately steps up to help without expecting anything in return. Vinny could have easily told me there was nothing they could do since they don't sell tires, but instead he took the time to make sure I could safely get back on the road.

I was already stressed because I was on my way to work, and Vinny turned a pretty bad situation into a whole lot better one. His kindness and willingness to help a complete stranger meant more to me than he probably realizes.
