“I was at this store on March,15, 2024 for the first time. I was greeted by Alyssa and Nicole. Right from the start they both lisened very well as I explained what I was looking for. Alyssa's and Nicole's patience with me was outstading and gave me great deal of help in making decisions on what looked nice on me. What a great store, you have to see it to believe it with all the wall to wall sports merchandise. An excellent experieance throughout my shopping at this store. Both should be recognized for respresenting Rally House in the most positive manner.”

“Colleen & Ant were very helpful. Colleen got a dope personality and is super chill and kind and made my day because they had my favorite shoes!!!! Ant was so impressive...he scaled an entire section of shoes and searched high and low for eons to find me not just 1 but 2 of my favorite pair of shoes as I stood there astonished in disbelief and gratitude...never seen such a manly man in my life. “Went to look for prom dresses….C/O24 and of course it’s crowded which is fine. Daughter picked out what she wanted to try on, went to dressing room. GLITTER EVERYWHERE!!! I tried to tell the sales woman however she wasn’t to be found. Then there was a girl at the counter but she was very slow and line was really long. Idk why there was so much glitter in there. We left with glitter all over us. Clothes aren’t my taste for a young girl but they like it.”
“I cannot say enough about the entire staff at Davide Cotugno Executive Tailors. My husband has been a client for years, but what I want to specifically mention is that their staff does a superior job with women’s alterations, too. Marisa and Jenna extended excellent customer service and meticulous alterations on a formal gown that I needed altered quickly. I will continue using them for all of my alterations. Their customer service and skill is unmatched!”

“They have some pretty good selections and decent prices for the most part. I like coming to this location because the customer service is great and a very friendly atomphere overall. They make decent prices that you can afford not to expensive and not to cheap. I would definitely recommend this to my family and friends but mostly to anyone that loves to find sales and deals for the low prices. In the summer time it gets too hot in there.... They need to put a air conditioner in there so the customers can feel the cool air. There's no air circulation that's why it's gets very hot in there. Smh! The only thing that they need to do is setup an online store to shop besides going into the store location.”
“The one reason I have chosen to give this location a 5 star rating is based on the fact of my most recent visits at the store. The checkout was fast and efficient and the cashier was super friendly. I was very impressed with her energy as she made my day! I can’t remember her name but I do know she hast to be a new employee there for I’ve never seen her before. She dresses well and seems to enjoy what she’s doing. Hopefully the store can keep it going with positive vibes and more importantly good service. What? Gave great service, very calm energy, very helpful (guy does a great step-by-step), absolutely crushed the ‘teachable moment’, made my in and out a true in and out. His customer centered care/focus was great, no excessive high energy and forced smiles and rushing. He is who people like me (prefer online shopping to avoid people) need in stores that are frequented by people while we’re there. (The audacity! As if people can’t just stay in when I decide to come out into society. Lmao)
Why? Idk why Jake is the poster child for an introverts preferred in-store experience facilitator but he is.
