“I was at this store on March,15, 2024 for the first time. I was greeted by Alyssa and Nicole. Right from the start they both lisened very well as I explained what I was looking for. Alyssa's and Nicole's patience with me was outstading and gave me great deal of help in making decisions on what looked nice on me. What a great store, you have to see it to believe it with all the wall to wall sports merchandise. An excellent experieance throughout my shopping at this store. Both should be recognized for respresenting Rally House in the most positive manner.”

“Not from OHIO and I wanted to get Browns apparel. My buddy from here said to go to the Browns stadium and go to the pro shop. Very lack luster and very limited sizes. Then I found this place!! Very nice shop and had everything I wanted! Great selection and many sizes to pick from. Would definitely recommend this shop to My Browns Backers.”

“Being a procrastinator, I waited until two weeks before prom to get my dress hemmed. This was the only place who said they could do it! I went in on a friday (i think) and the dress was done by tuesday night for my prom on thursday. Amazing turn around time, definitely recommend this place.”
“This is the BEST store in the mall. It may be my personal opinion, but shopping here is an experience. Whether you like getting customer service while shopping or not, hard to deny how helpful the employees are. This staff says it as it is and isn't afraid of giving an honest opinion. Super awesome clothes, people skating around and funny as hell staff. “They have some pretty good selections and decent prices for the most part. I like coming to this location because the customer service is great and a very friendly atomphere overall. They make decent prices that you can afford not to expensive and not to cheap. I would definitely recommend this to my family and friends but mostly to anyone that loves to find sales and deals for the low prices. In the summer time it gets too hot in there.... They need to put a air conditioner in there so the customers can feel the cool air. There's no air circulation that's why it's gets very hot in there. Smh! The only thing that they need to do is setup an online store to shop besides going into the store location.”

“Went to look for prom dresses….C/O24 and of course it’s crowded which is fine. Daughter picked out what she wanted to try on, went to dressing room. GLITTER EVERYWHERE!!! I tried to tell the sales woman however she wasn’t to be found. Then there was a girl at the counter but she was very slow and line was really long. Idk why there was so much glitter in there. We left with glitter all over us. Clothes aren’t my taste for a young girl but they like it.”
“I visited American Eagle at Southpark Mall on 12/28 and the experience I had was unmatched. I have not entered an American Eagle since high school.. we won’t say how long. I have not bought a true pair of jeans since then either. Upon entering the store, I was warmly greeted by the sweetest employee Liz. She asked me what I was looking for, I explained my situation and that I had just lost a large amount of weight and was hoping to find MY pair of jeans. She asked me a ton of questions about what I do, what I like In jeans, what kind of fit I like, etc. to simply tailor the experience to fit ME. She took the time to help me find a pair of jeans (should’ve bought another for 50% off but hey, I’m THRILLED with one pair) that I absolutely wanted to live in. She brought me different styles, sizes, helped me find a shirt to complete my outfit and just all around took the best care of me. These workers are never thanked enough. I am so excited to wear these jeans all the time. I know Liz was just working while she was on break from college, but my hope is to return there to find her again. Thank you so much to Liz, and honestly to everyone in the store, for making me feel welcomed, appreciated, listened to, and confident.”

“Awesome boutique! I went in feeling pretty down, trying to dress my postpartum body for an upcoming event had me feeling blah. I was really hoping to find something flattering, cute, and affordable and I did! Carrie (Sorry if I'm misspelling) was so helpful. She pulled a bunch of things for me to try, was accommodating of my baby in the stroller and even played peek a boo with him when he got fussy. She helped me find the perfect accessory too. I'll definitely be back when I'm in town and shop online also. There were so many cute things and great quality!”
