“The ONLY Harbor Freight I will ever shop at again! Great customer service with knowledgeable, friendly, very helpful staff and a super manager! And they always, always have everything in stock, including all the sale/specials items that the other Harbor Freight stores never seem to have, even on the first day of their sales. And no pressure to join their “Member-Only” club, which the other stores are relentless about. Very clean, well-organized aisles make this location a pleasure to do business with. I’ve save a lot of $ shopping here & have gotten some helpful advice as well. Highly recommend this place!”

“Found out about this Hardware store from a BIG BOX employee when I could not find what I wanted. He told me if they don't have what you are looking for you are out of luck. So, I gave it a try and have been back often. Great place it reminded me of the neighborhood hardware stores where I grew up.
THEY provide MANY services one of which I will be back for soon is Screen repairs.

My mom called the president of the company his name was Dan. He proceeded to help my parents get everything squared away. He never questioned them just listened and took care of them and made sure they were completely satisfied. Great company to purchase from Dan made everything right for my parents. Edit: I provided an unfair review as I was frustrated by their part in a frustrating process. DeWalt customer service directed me to them through their online portal and after driving for 45 minutes to get there was turned away and given a different company another 20 minutes away.
They were friendly and helpful, but unable to help with my problem so cannot judge quality of service.”
“Jasmine at the Brookpark store in Cleveland is amazing! She went above and beyond fur customer service standards.
I love Menards in general and wish there was one closer. On this visit, Jasmine helped with getting a gas dryer at a moments notice, answered questions about the product, helped us find all the accessories and had the dryer waiting at the counter for us!!
It made a stressful day so much better, and she did it all with an incredibly gracious attitude and a smile!!”

“Had to have my riding mower picked up for repair. That cost was $60 dollars which I thought was high but what can you do if you have no other way to drop off. The part Needed was unavailable and had to be ordered, took like 6 weeks. Once in, Puritas fixed in about 3 days. They repaired my mower and all is good. The price was reasonable and I'd use again.”
“I purchased a riding lawn mower. The sales person, Jim Novak was very helpful and knowable about the unit.
Home depot has a 90-day satisfaction return policy.
After using it a couple time, I determined that my lawn is too hilly for a riding mower. The mower worked fine it just didn't like mowing on the side of a hill.
I called Jim and told him of my decision to return it. He was very professional, respectful, there was no challenge to my decision.
Within a couple hours he came to my home and picked up the mower. He even saw to it that my credit card was credited for the purchase. I didn't even have to come into the store.
I'll be in the market for a new mower very soon and rest assured I will be getting it from Home Depot.

“My first time ever walking into an Ace Hardware store and it was a very pleasant experience. I was looking for 3 specific items and a worker welcomed me and asked if I needed any help a few seconds after walking inside. They helped me find the items I asked for. (I forgot about the permanent markers but I found them at the checkout area.) Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. I even signed up for a membership card. I'll be coming back for sure.”
“Carl and his sales associate Tony are knowledgeable and always willing to guide you in the right direction when you have a question. "Mr Bob Knob" I find it suspicious that you say that they wanted to charge you a restocking fee. I've been a customer for decades and have never had a single issue with a return. I also doubt the story about the employee saying the customer "did not wanting a black man to make any money",because the owner of the store isnt black. They are a bit more pricey than the big box stores but I don't mine paying a little more for the convenience of being able to get what I need right around the corner.”
