βThe ONLY Harbor Freight I will ever shop at again! Great customer service with knowledgeable, friendly, very helpful staff and a super manager! And they always, always have everything in stock, including all the sale/specials items that the other Harbor Freight stores never seem to have, even on the first day of their sales. And no pressure to join their βMember-Onlyβ club, which the other stores are relentless about. Very clean, well-organized aisles make this location a pleasure to do business with. Iβve save a lot of $ shopping here & have gotten some helpful advice as well. Highly recommend this place!β

βThis is one of the better hardware stores I have been in, and that is saying something because most of the chain stores all start to feel exactly the same after a while. Same layout, same vibe, same experience. This location stands out because it is simply run better, and you can feel that the moment you walk in.
The first thing I noticed was how organized everything is. The aisles are neat, products are stocked in a way that actually makes sense, and it does not feel like you are wandering through chaos trying to find one specific part. Even when you are there for something random or very specific, it is easier to locate what you need because the store is well maintained and clearly managed with attention to detail. It sounds simple, but it makes the whole shopping trip faster and less frustrating.
The staff is another big reason I prefer this location. They are genuinely friendly and approachable, and it feels like they actually want to help rather than just point you toward an aisle and disappear. When you ask a question, you get real help, not attitude. The overall atmosphere is quiet and friendly, which is surprisingly refreshing compared to the loud, hectic feel you get in some big box stores.
I also want to mention the cleanliness because it matters. The bathrooms are clean, and the store overall feels clean and well cared for. That is usually a good reflection of how the place is managed, and it matches the rest of the experience here. Management and customer service are clearly above par. This store feels like it is being run by people who take pride in doing things the right way, not just doing the minimum.
Overall, if you have multiple hardware store options in the area and you are trying to decide where to go, I would recommend this one. It is a little better than the other locations I have been in, mainly because it is organized, friendly, calm, and well managed. It makes a quick stop for supplies feel easy instead of annoying, and that is exactly what a hardware store should be.β

βI was having a rare problem with a new Makita miter saw not cutting straight- made slightly curved cuts. It appeared the rails and blade weren't parallel. Out of warranty, so brought it to Tri- County Power Tool. Everyone was extremely nice and I really appreciated them taking the time to listen and to explain details. They figured out the adjustment to the rails and told me exactly what to do if it happens again. Excellent experience. Very nice to work with good, honest people!β
βMy parents recently purchased a walk in shower for their home. They had a lot of issues when ordering the right style and parts to go with our shower and it put them behind with installation. My mom called the president of the company his name was Dan. He proceeded to help my parents get everything squared away. He never questioned them just listened and took care of them and made sure they were completely satisfied. Great company to purchase from Dan made everything right for my parents. We are very happy with the services they provided.β

βVery helpful! Got me out of a jam when I was halfway through a plumbing project and realized I needed a Moen cartridge removal tool! Highly recommended!? Also, I love having the ability to purchase one or two screws/nuts/bolts. Big box stores only carry packs of 12 or more!β
βI won't go into full detail, but I was confused about the financing when I made my original purchase. Raymal at the front end and Roberta at customer service got me all figured out and helped me arrange everything exactly how I wanted it after I screwed it up a bit. These two are stellar employees, especially Raymal since I doubt he had to be as accommodating as he was. That really shows me he wants to help his guests and not just do what he absolutely must. 10 star review for these two employees!β
βWe're long-time customers and are always pleased with their services. From broken window seals to busted glass to windows that just don't move right, they will take care of it all. Repair not replace whenever possible. Bill, Greg and everyone there are knowledgeable and professional.β
βGentleman in there was very professional and courteous, he even helped recommend a comparison for a tool that I was looking for and they didn't currently have, so he referred me to other places and even though I would much like to have purchased the hardware store because he referred me and was not worried about losing my business, he actually my gained respect and I would actually go back there and give them my business, just because he was honest with me and didn't try to sell me on some products that I really couldn't afford.β

βBrunswick True Value is one of the few stores that still has genuinely friendly and helpful staff who greet you and ask if you need help finding anything. Try getting that at HD. Prices might be a tad higher, but itβs easily offset by the level of service.β

βMy first time ever walking into an Ace Hardware store and it was a very pleasant experience. I was looking for 3 specific items and a worker welcomed me and asked if I needed any help a few seconds after walking inside. They helped me find the items I asked for. (I forgot about the permanent markers but I found them at the checkout area.) Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. I even signed up for a membership card. I'll be coming back for sure.β
