“The ONLY Harbor Freight I will ever shop at again! Great customer service with knowledgeable, friendly, very helpful staff and a super manager! And they always, always have everything in stock, including all the sale/specials items that the other Harbor Freight stores never seem to have, even on the first day of their sales. And no pressure to join their “Member-Only” club, which the other stores are relentless about. Very clean, well-organized aisles make this location a pleasure to do business with. I’ve save a lot of $ shopping here & have gotten some helpful advice as well. Highly recommend this place!”

“I was having a rare problem with a new Makita miter saw not cutting straight- made slightly curved cuts. It appeared the rails and blade weren't parallel. Out of warranty, so brought it to Tri- County Power Tool. Everyone was extremely nice and I really appreciated them taking the time to listen and to explain details. They figured out the adjustment to the rails and told me exactly what to do if it happens again. Excellent experience. Very nice to work with good, honest people!”

My mom called the president of the company his name was Dan. He proceeded to help my parents get everything squared away. He never questioned them just listened and took care of them and made sure they were completely satisfied. Great company to purchase from Dan made everything right for my parents. “Gentleman in there was very professional and courteous, he even helped recommend a comparison for a tool that I was looking for and they didn't currently have, so he referred me to other places and even though I would much like to have purchased the hardware store because he referred me and was not worried about losing my business, he actually my gained respect and I would actually go back there and give them my business, just because he was honest with me and didn't try to sell me on some products that I really couldn't afford.”
“I won't go into full detail, but I was confused about the financing when I made my original purchase. Raymal at the front end and Roberta at customer service got me all figured out and helped me arrange everything exactly how I wanted it after I screwed it up a bit. These two are stellar employees, especially Raymal since I doubt he had to be as accommodating as he was. That really shows me he wants to help his guests and not just do what he absolutely must. 10 star review for these two employees!”

Had few laughs trying to get them in my car & it just wasn't happening- I took them back into the store, telling them I couldn't fit them in my car and would pick them up tomorrow, the manager asked where I lived and said we will deliver them
10 mins later my chairs were at my house. Thank you Ace hardware for great customer service!!!!”
“Carl and his sales associate Tony are knowledgeable and always willing to guide you in the right direction when you have a question. "Mr Bob Knob" I find it suspicious that you say that they wanted to charge you a restocking fee. I've been a customer for decades and have never had a single issue with a return. I also doubt the story about the employee saying the customer "did not wanting a black man to make any money",because the owner of the store isnt black. They are a bit more pricey than the big box stores but I don't mine paying a little more for the convenience of being able to get what I need right around the corner.”
“Came to this Home Depot on a Sunday afternoon. I was expecting there would be a lot of people and little help. I was pleasantly surprised to find that while there were a lot of people, there were many to help. The two guys John and Kookie who were great at the paint counter. While searching for bath towel holders we were given the exact aisle by an associate who could see we were searching for something. We also asked for help with recessed lighting and the gentleman told us aisle 51 which had some but he found us and said. Oh nuts probably aisle 50! Wow. He actually came to make sure we found what we needed. While we did need to order 1 thing online as they didn't have the size. We got everything else on our list of home projects ! Definitely worth coming to for the customer service and selection.”
