“I needed tires mounted for a race. I dropped them off, and they were done quickly! Vickie said they would have them done by the end of the day due to one of their tech being out. I got a call not even couple hours later and Vickie said they were done! I highly suggest this place for any services.”

“Fairly new to the area, and I've been exploring options for an oil change as my car was due for one. I have only gone to Valvoline in the past, and wanted to try something new and J's was very close to me so I gave it a shot based on other great reviews.I am very happy with the service, and I was in and out in about 10-15 minutes. Price wise, it's pretty much the same as Valvoline when on sale via Groupon (which is what I have always done). Synthetic Oil Post-Tax came out to be $67. And the service provider did not try to upsell you on little things like wiper blades and air filters like Valvoline does.Highly recommend this company if you want to support local, and still pay a very reasonable price. 5 Stars.”

Triple A said I need and alternator when the power shut off to my truck, I had it towed to Wheatley Automotive who checked it out and seen that something was not connected to my battery! Not only did they save me money, they also provided an oil change and observed I needed 2 front tires, which I told them to please do that work, also saving me money! They were super friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I asked about all of my options and what they recommended for my 2008 Mazda 3. They were super honest about all of the options and helped me choose the best one. Their prices are great and I saved so much money over taking it to the dealership. They also let me bring my own oil filter no problem.
We had a great chat while they were doing the oil change and I felt right at home. If you are looking to get any of your fluids changed or one of their other services, I can't recommend them highly enough! I will definitely be back in the future.”

“I had to make an emergency stop due to a deflating tire on the highway on a Sunday. The crew there was very kind, figured out which tire was spiked and got my tire pressure back up so I could get safety on my way. I was having a bit of a meltdown and they were really lovely about it.”

“While I don’t remember the name of every employee who worked on my car, they all deserve credit for delivering excellent customer service. I came in with a fairly common ford explorer, one of the employees expressed interest in my car and asked all sorts of questions about my engine and the trim level, because he had one model year before me, and really liked explorers. The gentleman who I assume was a manager, walked me through everything as he did it, ensuring no bolt was touched without an explanation. They weren’t pushy about air filters, and were honest about all the service needed.”

“TLDR: Swensons card left on car aftern oil service - I didn't go to Swensons. Update below
Got an appointment for a basic oil change. Dropped off my car at 2:00pm and it was ready same day at 5:00pm. Staff were super nice, and I have always used Conrad’s for my oil changes. However - this time as I was driving home, I noticed a Swenson’s sign on my windshield. I do not know how it got there, I was already on my way home and the shop was closing so I didn’t call. But since I haven’t been to Swensons in months - and it wasn’t there when I dropped off my car - my only conclusion is that the Seven Hills Conrad’s uses their client’s cars for personal use while they have them. There is no damage to my car and no crumbs on the seats - but this is highly unprofessional.
I notified Conrad’s through their service survey but also wanted to review my experience here.
Update: Conrads called me and left a voicemail after seeing this review - Chad from Conrads mentioned the card must have been found in the bay and without bringing it to manager attention or double checking where it came from, staff placed it on my car. It was also mentioned that all but one employee enjoyed pizza with the other going to Arby's.
This isn't a big enough issue that I won't use Conrad's for my next oil change as they have always done an amazing job. What a weird occurance. 3 stars changed to 4 after recieving voicemail.”
