Take 5 Oil Change is the go-to destination for quick and efficient oil changes in Parma. With friendly technicians who are dedicated to providing excellent customer service, they guide customers through every step of the process, from selecting the right oil to performing additional services like windshield wiper replacements, air filter changes, and coolant exchanges - all while the customer remains in their car. Customers appreciate the free tire pressure checks and fluid top-offs, as well as the fast 10-minute turnaround. While the majority of customers have had positive experiences with the knowledgeable staff and reasonable prices, some have reported issues with the completeness of the service, such as not checking coolant levels or tire pressure, even when the receipt indicated these checks were performed. Overall, Take 5 Oil Change is a reliable choice for a fast and simple oil change, but customers may want to double-check the work done to ensure all necessary services were completed.
