“Absolute best experience. The guy was super nice. Even though I’m younger and I really don’t know exactly what I’m doing. Whatever questions I had he answered. Any concerns I had he found a solution. When I expressed I wasn’t sure about credit for financing. Instant solution. Helped me through the process. Was super knowledgeable. My partner is like 6’4 somewhere around there and I’m a hot sleeper so I needed accommodations for that, I also wanted to make sure the bed wasn’t too high for my small dog so he could still get on and off on his own. Easy find. I wish I could remember what the mans name was. I think it started with a J, maybe Jimi. Something like that. Either way. He was just such a good experience. It was my first time buying a mattress on my own and he made it a wonderful one. Thank you so much!”

“Went mattress shopping to get a better understanding of what the new gel foam and hybrid mattresses were all about. Matthew was a wealth of knowledge and patiently showed us all of the different choices available. We went to another mattress store for price comparison and the sales person wasn’t as knowledgeable as Matthew. We ended up back at Levin’s and purchased a Stearns and Foster with an adjustable base. It was delivered two days ago and we love it. So glad we were able to try all of the mattresses, and in comparison shopping we got the best deal at Levins.”

We ended up buying a sectional from Cleveland Furniture Company. The delivery scheduling, and actual delivery and assembly, was painless and phenomenal. Although the prices online are a little lower, it was worth the personal service, being able to actually see the pieces, and knowing EXACTLY what we'd be getting.100% recommended.”
“Bill was incredible and our shopping experience was very enjoyable. I hate furniture shopping with all the typical high pressure sales tactics. This was completely different. Bill's sales demeanor was perfect. A real professional. He didn't hover over us and gave us space to look through the inventory, while checking in periodically providing very useful information about the products and fabrics. He knew the right questions to ask, which set us in the right direction. He gave us plenty of time to look through fabric choices and offered helpful suggestions. To mention, I had no idea they had such a wide selection of furniture and at very reasonable prices. The point of purchase process was quick, and Bill explained exactly what to expect regarding delivery. If you're doing any type of furniture shopping, I would highly suggest stopping in.”

The staff at Mattresses R' Us has exceptional attitudes and excellent at service from delivery to answering my follow up questions. Positively pleased with my new Carson Classic 3 In 1 Crib. Even when I experienced a minor issue during the installation of my daughter's crib I was met with helpful customer service and even through the trials of motherhood I had my anxiety reduced greatly by the experienced staff and owners of Mattresses R Us and DOM. I am a single mother and had no trouble installing the crib myself and was satisfied with the overall appearance and quality of materials. I recommend this product for anyone looking to get a safe and secure bedding for their newborn child as it will adapt through their development into a toddler. I believe the bed rail is sold separately. My child is definitely dreaming in this splendid simple crib.”
