Called the company, alked to the general manager and he was very helpful. He told me the design I have can easily span the 30 feet. “Purchased a hot water heater recently. The young lady was helpful in trying to locate the model I found on line but couldn't locate so she upgraded to a better unit that was in stock and kept the price the same,plus it was delivered free the next day. The previous tank was purchased at Menards and they did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue I had with it. Strongly considering taking my future business away from them and using Lowe's as my primary source of supplies. Footnote; Richmond hot water tank lasted five years,made by Rheem. Don't waste your money as Rheem would not do anything either.”

“I love this little hardware store it has a very comfortable atmosphere nostalgic almost the owners are amazing people and will make sure that you have a pleasent experience with there store they have a wide variety of parts for plumbing electrical and lawn and garden. They also sell Husqvarna parts and a few more small engine parts if you have not , you definitely should check them out and give them a chance we need more small businesses like this one around . “I just wanted to send a shoutout to Christine who went above and beyond to get me the light bulbs I wanted today. I grabbed the last box off the shelf and found her to see if they had more stored somewhere else. At first she thought they were out but she checked again and found a box on an unopened pallet in a different aisle. She then got a lift operator to get it down for me and searched through the pallet to find the exact box I needed. Great customer service! So appreciated.”

“Nice local hardware store. Personally a great place for Milwaukee accessories, they actually have more than the Home Depot in North Canton, however, they do have less actual Milwaukee tools. The same goes for other major power tool brands. They have a lot of home improvement items, pretty much everything you would expect from a local hardware store. Great place to shop especially if you like to support local businesses.”
