“I had an old Gerber Multi-Plier that was issued by the US Army. A bolt fell off at some point. I wrote Gerber about it and they said it was no longer made and parts were out of stock. I went into Ziegler and even though the sale was a dollar the clerk spent 10 minutes finding me a set of bolts that fit right. Gerber is sending me a replacement tool but that wasn't the point. Did this veteran's heart a good deed.”

He also had good insight on the product I purchased and gave me some good advice on them. So personable and helpful I highly recommend!!”
