“Excellent supplier of hardware and services providing both a large selection of general items and odds and ends.
Walked in looking for a rubber cork. The employee present was able to help me locate the correct size cork I needed quickly. Afterwards I asked to have a spare key made which was done in a matter of minutes. I had noticed they also cut glass there. After receiving my key duplicate I also grab a small key ring. Very pleased with everything overall and the key worked perfectly.”

This year however, during a major renovation including our kitchen, floors, walls, lighting, and first floor bath, I was led to Home Depot for one thing or another. Our experience online w deliveries as well as with staff at the Portage location has been exceptional. So excellent that we've shifted all of our preferred business to Home Depot. They are substantially better in the customer service- STAFFING- and helpfulness than Lowe's and our experience is great!”
